大型綜合醫(yī)院科研公共平臺建設與管理模式探討

[摘要] 醫(yī)院中臨床科室與實驗室和科研院所是運用科研公共平臺的三大主體，科研公共平臺是由這三大主體衍生出的科技類公共服務產(chǎn)品，其功能和作用主要是為了提供適用的載體以服務于科技類公共活動和行為。該文以西安交通大學第一附屬醫(yī)院科研公共平臺建設及作用為例，探討其在整合創(chuàng)新資源、培育創(chuàng)新主體、提升服務能力等方面的具體作用，以期為醫(yī)院及各科室及實驗室，科研院所提供更全面、更有效的服務。

[Abstract] The clinical departments， laboratories and research institutes in hospitals are the three main bodies that use the public platform for scientific research. The public platform for scientific research is a technology-based public service product derived from these three main bodies. Its functions and effects are mainly for appropriate carriers serve science and technology public activities and behaviors. This article takes the construction and role of the scientific research public platform of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University as an example， and explores its specific role in integrating innovation resources， cultivating innovation subjects， and improving service capabilities， providing more comprehensive and effective services.

目前隨著一些新的醫(yī)療應用技術及高精尖設備在大型綜合醫(yī)院的廣泛應用，綜合醫(yī)院的醫(yī)療水平和科研水平得到了飛速發(fā)展。實驗室建設是保障醫(yī)院醫(yī)療、教學、科學研究進展的最基本要素，實驗室基礎條件的優(yōu)化與改善成為綜合型醫(yī)院提高科技創(chuàng)新能力的必備工作。搭建一個高水平的科研公共平臺，已成為綜合型醫(yī)院發(fā)展的趨勢。這對增強綜合性醫(yī)院的科研管理水平、創(chuàng)造良好的科研環(huán)境、提高大型儀器設備的使用效率具有十分重要的意義。該文將以該院科研公共平臺建設為例展開探討。

1? 綜合醫(yī)院實驗室建設與管理現(xiàn)狀

1.1? 設備管理相對分散封閉

大部分綜合性醫(yī)院的實驗室都由科室或學科牽頭而設立，即因學科需要而組建而成，實驗室歸屬于科教研室管理?！?br>
