[摘要] 目的 分析PBL教學方法與CBL教學法結合在重癥醫學科(ICU)護理規培帶教中的效果。方法 于2017年2月—2018年2月將該院的50名規培護士分為兩組,對照組進行傳統教學,干預組進行PBL教學方法與CBL教學法結合教學,對比兩組規培護士的考核成績和對教學的滿意度。結果 干預組規培護士的考核理論知識成績優良率80.00%明顯高于對照組理論知識成績優良率52.00%(P<0.05),干預組規培護士的考核基本技能成績優良率76.00%明顯高于對照組考核基本技能成績優良率48.00%(P<0.05),干預組規培護士對教學的總滿意度96.00%明顯高對照組對教學的總滿意度76.00%(P<0.05)。結論 分析PBL教學方法與CBL教學法結合在重癥醫學科(ICU)護理規培帶教中的效果顯著,能提高規培護士的考核成績和對教學的滿意度。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of the combination of PBL teaching method and CBL teaching method in the teaching of nursing regulations in ICU. Methods Fifty training nurses from February 2017 to February 2018 in the hospital were divided into two groups. The control group was used for traditional teaching. The intervention group was taught with the combination of PBL teaching method and CBL teaching method. The assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of training nurses were compared. Results The excellent rate of the theoretical knowledge of the nurses in the intervention group was 80.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(52.00%)(P<0.05). The excellent rate of the basic skills of the nurses in the intervention group was 76.00%. In the control group, the excellent rate of basic skills was 48.00%(P<0.05), and the total satisfaction of the nurses in the intervention group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, which was 76.00%(P<0.05). Conclusion The analysis of the combination of PBL teaching method and CBL teaching method in the teaching of nursing intensive care(ICU) has significant effects, which can improve the performance of nurses in training and the satisfaction with teaching.

ICU的特點是患者的病情比較危重,可能接觸到各種各樣的疾病。對于規培護士來說,剛入臨床,但是要學的知識重點多樣,對規培護士的理論知識和應變能力都要求比較高[1]。為幫助規培護士盡快地掌握基本操作技能和理論知識,提高規培護士的自主學習和解決問題的能力,該科提出PBL教學與CBL教學相結合對規培護士進行教學。該文于2017年2月—2018年2月以該院的50名規培護士為研究對象,對PBL教學方法與CBL教學法結合在重癥醫學科(ICU)護理規培帶教中的效果進行分析,具體報道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
選取該科進入ICU的50名規培護士為該次研究對象,以培訓時間的不同分為兩組,分別是對照組和干預組,各25名。
對照組:男性2名、女性23名;年齡19~24歲,平均年齡(20.78±0.69)歲;本科6名,專科19名。
干預組:男性3名、女性22名;年齡18~23歲,平均年齡(21.15±0.74)歲;本科8名,專科17名。兩組一般資料方面差異無統計學意義(P>0.05),可進行對比研究。
1.2? 方法
兩組規培護士均培訓6個月,帶教老師皆是該科的護師,學歷為本科,5年以上的工作經驗,均具備帶教規培護士的資格。對……
