胰島素泵治療2型糖尿病合并妊娠患者的療效分析

[摘要] 目的 分析胰島素泵治療2型糖尿病合并妊娠患者的療效。 方法 選擇2018年2月—2019年1月在該院接受治療的56例2型糖尿病合并妊娠患者，隨機分為觀察組和對照組，其中觀察組患者選擇胰島素泵治療，對照組患者采取傳統的多次皮下注射方式進行治療。經過治療干預后比較兩組患者的血糖情況、體質量指數、并發癥情況及妊娠結局。 結果 經過治療干預，觀察組患者的空腹血糖含量為（5.17±0.68）mmol/L，并發癥發生率為17.85%，體質量指數為（21.22±2.03）kg/m2，對照組患者的空腹血糖含量為（5.62±0.98）mmol/L，并發癥發生率為32.14%，體質量指數為（24.78±2.04）kg/m2。且統計結果顯示，觀察組患者的妊娠結局要在一定程度上優于對照組。結論 采取胰島素泵治療2型糖尿病合并妊娠可以取得較好的治療效果，且有助于降低患者并發癥的發生率，改善患者妊娠結局。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the efficacy of insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with pregnancy. Methods 56 patients with type 2 diabetes and pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group patients were treated with insulin pump， and the control group patients were treated with traditional multiple subcutaneous injections were used for treatment. After treatment， blood glucose， body mass index， complications and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment intervention， the fasting blood glucose level in the observation group was（5.17±0.68） mmol/L， the complication rate was 17.85%， and the body mass index was （21.22±2.03） kg/m2. It was （5.62±0.98） mmol/L， the complication rate was 32.14%， and the body mass index was （24.78±2.04） kg/m2. And the statistical results show that the pregnancy outcome of patients in the observation group is better than that of the control group to a certain extent. Conclusion The use of insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with pregnancy can achieve better results， and it can help reduce the incidence of complications and improve pregnancy outcomes.

糖尿病合并妊娠是指患者在妊娠前已經患有糖尿病?，F代生活方式的不斷改變，育齡期女性出現糖尿病的情況也越來越多[1]。對于2型糖尿病主要的治療方式就是胰島素治療，但胰島素的給藥方式不同，治療效果也不一樣。傳統的胰島素注射方式為多次皮下注射，但隨著科技的不斷發展，臨床治療器械也在不斷進步，有研究認為，胰島素泵的給藥方式安全性更高[2]。而糖尿病合并妊娠患者由于情況特殊，在治療過程中除了追求療效，更應注重安全性。該文2018年2月—2019年1月間選取56例患者作為研究對象，評估胰島素泵治療2型糖尿病合并妊娠患者的療效，現報道如下。……
