淺談糖尿病腎病的研究進展

[摘要] 糖尿病腎病（Diabetic nephropathy，DN）是糖尿病的主要并發癥，在我國，該病的發病率逐年增加，目前已成為終末期腎臟病的第2位原因，僅次于各種腎小球腎炎，該疾病已嚴重影響患者的生命健康及生活質量。該文從糖尿病腎病的發病機制出發，對其發病相關因素進行分析與概括，并結合現有臨床診斷方法對糖尿病腎病五期診斷提供指標參考依據，同時對該病治療手段做綜述分析，進一步了解近期糖尿病腎病的研究動向。

[Abstract] Diabetic nephropathy （DN） is a major complication of diabetes. In China， the incidence of this disease has increased year by year. It has now become the second cause of end-stage renal disease， second only to various glomeruli nephritis， a disease that has seriously affected patients' health and quality of life. This article starts from the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy， analyzes and summarizes its related factors， and combines the existing clinical diagnostic methods to provide indicators for the fifth stage diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. At the same time， it reviews and analyzes the treatment of the disease to further understand the recent research trends in diabetic nephropathy.

隨著人口老齡化加重，糖尿病腎病（Diabetic nephropathy，DN）的發病率亦逐年增加，已成為影響人們身體健康及生存質量的重要因素。糖尿病腎病是糖尿病患者最重要的微血管慢性并發癥之一，在發達國家糖尿病腎病已成為終末期腎臟病的首要病因，我國糖尿病腎病引起的終末期腎病亦呈上升趨勢[1]。普及糖尿病知識，加強糖尿病患者的管控，進一步探索糖尿病的發病機制、診斷及治療是我們醫務工作者的責任和義務。該文從糖尿病腎病的發病機制出發，對其發病相關因素進行分析與概括，并結合現有臨床診斷方法對糖尿病腎病五期診斷提供指標參考依據，同時對該病治療做分析，進一步了解近期糖尿病腎病的研究動向為臨床治療提供一定的參考價值。
