硝苯地平緩釋片治療高血壓合并糖尿病的臨床效果研究

[摘要] 目的 探討硝苯地平緩釋片治療高血壓合并糖尿病的臨床效果。方法 選取該院在 2018年3月—2019年4月收治的 90例高血壓合并糖尿病患者，隨機分為兩組，分別是實驗組與參照組，各 45 例。對兩組患者實行相同的降糖方法，參照組通過卡托普利進行降壓，實驗組采用硝苯地平緩釋片降壓，將兩組患者的治療總有效率及血糖水平進行對比。結果 實驗組患者的治療總有效率顯著高于參照組（P<0.05）;兩組患者治療后，血糖水平均明顯降低 （P<0.05），實驗組患者的血糖下降程度稍大于參照組，但組間比較差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。兩組患者在治療期間均未見嚴重不良反應。 結論 應用硝苯地平緩釋片治療高血壓合并糖尿病具有顯著的臨床效果，對血壓控制、血糖控制均有積極作用，值得推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with diabetes. Methods 90 patients with hypertension and diabetes treated in our hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups， the experimental group and the reference group， 45 cases each. The same method of lowering blood glucose was implemented in the two groups of patients. The reference group was used to lower blood pressure through captopril. The experimental group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets to lower blood pressure. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group （P<0.05）. After treatment， the blood glucose level in the two groups was significantly reduced （P<0.05）. The blood glucose drop in the experimental group was slightly greater than that in the reference group， but There was no statistically significant difference between the groups（P>0.05）. There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion The application of nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of hypertension with diabetes has significant clinical effects， and has positive effects on blood pressure control and blood glucose control， which is worthy of promotion.

高血壓合并糖尿病在臨床治療過程中較為常見，高血壓、糖尿病被稱之為同源性疾病，二者在病因、危害以及互相影響上均存在著一定的共性，因此有很多患者是合并患病[1]。要想治療這種患者的疾病，不僅要進行降壓治療，還要將血糖控制在科學范圍內，這給臨床治療帶來了很大困難。對于該院在 2018年3月—2019年4月收治的 90例高血壓合并糖尿病患者進行硝苯地平緩釋片治療，取得了顯著的應用效果。該次研究均在患者及家屬的同意下進行，現報道如下。

1? 資料與方法

1.1? 一般資料

選取該院在收治的 90例高血壓合并糖尿病患者均符合 WHO 高血壓、WHO 糖尿病的診斷標準。其中男性患者47例，女性患者43例;年齡集中在 42～75歲之間，中位年齡為（55.3±4.9）歲;高血壓病程在1～13年之間，平均（6.9±1.7）年 ;糖尿病病程在2～11年之間，平均（5.2±0.6）年。……
