[摘要] 目的 探究分析在糖尿病腎病行維持性血液透析患者中做好飲食護理的臨床護理效果。 方法 從2017年9月—2019年9月該院收治的糖尿病腎病行維持性血液透析患者中抽選108例,采用數(shù)字隨機分配法將其分為兩組,實驗組55例,接受飲食護理聯(lián)合常規(guī)護理;對照組53例僅接受常規(guī)護理。 結(jié)果 干預后,實驗組ALB、BBC、Hb、TSF、AC、AMC等營養(yǎng)指標以及能量攝入情況和蛋白質(zhì)攝入情況明顯優(yōu)于干預前,且明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 在糖尿病腎病行維持性血液透析患者中做好飲食護理能夠加強患者營養(yǎng)的攝入,促進疾病治療。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect of dietary care in patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Methods From September 2017 to September 2019, 108 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups using the digital random allocation method, and 55 patients in the experimental group received dietary care combined; 53 patients in the control group received routine care only. Results After the intervention, nutritional indicators such as ALB, BBC, Hb, TSF, AC, AMC, and energy intake and protein intake in the experimental group were significantly better than those before the intervention and significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Dietary care in patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis can strengthen patients' nutrition intake and promote disease treatment.

糖尿病是我國發(fā)病率較高的一種疾病,該病主要表現(xiàn)為體內(nèi)胰島素分泌異?;蛘咭葝u素功能異常,當人體長期處于高血糖狀態(tài)的時候,體內(nèi)的各個組織和器官都會受到影響。而糖尿病腎病是糖尿病的主要并發(fā)癥之一,也是發(fā)病率最高的并發(fā)癥之一。大多數(shù)糖尿病腎病患者腎功能出現(xiàn)障礙,所以維持性血液透析是臨床上治療糖尿病腎病的主要方式之一,在維持性血液透析治療期間,醫(yī)院還需要做好飲食護理,保證患者的營養(yǎng)狀況,才能更好地保證治療效果[1]。因此,該文主要從2017年9月—2019年9月該院收治的糖尿病腎病行維持性血液透析患者中抽選108例進行對比,分別采取飲食護理干預和常規(guī)護理,旨在探究分析在糖尿病腎病行維持性血液透析患者中做好飲食護理的臨床護理效果,現(xiàn)報道如下。
