[摘要] 目的 探討人性化管理理念在內科護理管理中的應用效果。方法 選取2016年3月—2018年9月該院內科的護士以及在該院內科接受治療護理的患者共計100例,其中護士 20名,共同作為該次的研究對象,隨機將患者與護士分為對照組50例,實驗組50例,實驗組進行人性化管理理念模式,對照組進行常規的管理理念模式,對比兩組管理效果。結果 實驗組護士更滿意人性化管理理念(χ2=5.556,P<0.05);實驗組患者也更滿意于人性化管理理念(95.0%)(χ2=8.302,P<0.05)。結論 將人性化管理理念應用于內科護理管理中,能提高護理人員的工作積極性,提升患者的護理滿意度,改善護患關系,值得臨床推廣運用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic management concept in internal medicine nursing management. Methods From March 2016 to September 2018, a total of 100 nurses in the hospital and patients receiving treatment and treatment in the hospital were selected. Among them, 20 nurses were jointly used as the research object. Patients and nurses were randomly divided of 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the experimental group. The? experimental group performed the humanized management idea mode, and the control group performed the conventional management idea mode to compare the management effects of the two groups. Results The nurses in the experimental group were more satisfied with the concept of humanized management(χ2=5.556,P<0.05); the patients in the experimental group were also more satisfied with the concept of humanized management(95.0%)(χ2=8.302,P<0.05). Conclusion Applying the humanistic management concept to internal medicine nursing management can improve the enthusiasm of the nursing staff, improve the patient's nursing satisfaction, and improve the relationship between nurses and patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

人性化管理理念為近年來出現的一種新型管理模式,因為其在對被管理者管理中,能站在被管理者角度出發,充分理解尊重被管理者,被廣泛接受[1-3]。這一管理模式不僅適用于企業,于醫院醫務人員以及患者均適用,于醫務人員而言,對其使用人性化管理理念,能激勵醫務人員的思想與精神,提高工作積極性;于患者而言,對其使用人性化管理理念,能使患者感受到極大的尊重,繼而愿意配合治療,提高治療依從性和滿意度,改善醫患關系。該研究為探討人性化管理理念在內科護理管理中的應用效果,選取2016年3月—2018年9月在該院內科的護士和接受治療的內科患者共計100例作為該次的研究對象,對其結果進行分析探討,現報道如下。
