應用型本科院校制藥工程專業“雙師型”教師隊伍建設探討

[摘要] “雙師型”教師隊伍建設是有效實施制藥工程專業應用型人才培養的關鍵。該文綜合分析了新形勢下對“雙師型”教師的要求，并結合地方本科院校向應用型轉變以及學院“三導向”人才培養模式中“執業能力”培養的發展需要，對應用型本科院校制藥工程專業“雙師型”教師隊伍建設有效途徑進行探討。

[Abstract] The construction of a "double-skilled" teacher team is the key to effectively implement the cultivation of applied talents in the pharmaceutical engineering specialty. This article comprehensively analyzes the requirements for "dual-skilled" teachers in the new situation， and combines the development needs of local undergraduate colleges and universities with the transition to application-oriented and the "three-oriented" talent training model of the college. Discussion on effective ways to build a "double-skilled" teacher team for pharmaceutical engineering in colleges and universities.

制藥工程專業是一門學科涉及廣泛且應用性較強的工科專業[1]，也是適應現代醫藥行業需求而產生的一個新的交叉學科[2]。我國醫藥業正呈現高速發展的態勢，社會對制藥工程應用型人才有著非常大的需求，這既為制藥工程專業提供了發展的機遇，也對地方應用型本科院校的專業培養提出了更高的要求[3]。而“雙師型”教師的培養及隊伍建設將是地方高校實踐這一教學目標和改革的有效途徑。同時，教育部明確指出應重點加強應用型高校“雙師型”教師隊伍建設[4]。因此，努力探索“雙師型”師資隊伍建設的有效途徑是目前地方高校制藥工程專業發展和改革的重點工作。

1? “雙師型”教師的內涵

對于“雙師型”教師內涵的理解，一方面，要求專業課教師應同時具有教師資格證書和工程師等專業技術資格證書[5];另一方面，要整體強調專業課教師的“雙師素質”[6]。專業教師既要有學歷要求、職稱要求，還要具有較強的理論知識、技能更新能力和管理能力，保證課堂所授理論內容能夠跟緊企業生產和科學技術的發展。……
