基于醫(yī)療安全的醫(yī)療質(zhì)量控制體系的實(shí)踐

[摘要] 當(dāng)前我國(guó)醫(yī)療事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，對(duì)其質(zhì)量可靠性方面提出了更高的要求。實(shí)踐中為了實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)醫(yī)療質(zhì)量的有效控制，增強(qiáng)與之相關(guān)的控制工作落實(shí)效果，則需要通過(guò)對(duì)醫(yī)療安全的充分考慮，構(gòu)建好醫(yī)療質(zhì)量控制體系，促使相應(yīng)的控制計(jì)劃實(shí)施更具科學(xué)性，最大限度地降低醫(yī)療質(zhì)量問(wèn)題發(fā)生率，滿(mǎn)足醫(yī)療事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展要求。鑒于此，該文將對(duì)基于醫(yī)療安全的醫(yī)療質(zhì)量控制體系進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)闡述。

[Abstract] The rapid development of China's medical industry has put forward higher requirements on its quality and reliability. In practice， in order to achieve effective control of medical quality and enhance the implementation of related control work， it is necessary to fully consider medical safety， build a good medical quality control system， and promote the implementation of corresponding control plans to be more scientific and the largest. To reduce the incidence of medical quality problems to a minimum， and to meet the requirements of sustainable development of medical undertakings. In view of this， this article will systematically explain the medical quality control system based on medical safety.

注重對(duì)醫(yī)療安全作用下醫(yī)療質(zhì)量控制體系的深入探討，可滿(mǎn)足相應(yīng)質(zhì)量控制工作高效開(kāi)展要求，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)醫(yī)療質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的科學(xué)應(yīng)對(duì)，避免影響醫(yī)療活動(dòng)開(kāi)展效果。因此，在對(duì)醫(yī)療質(zhì)量方面進(jìn)行研究時(shí)，需要根據(jù)實(shí)際情況及形勢(shì)變化，給予醫(yī)療安全支持下醫(yī)療質(zhì)量控制體系的構(gòu)建與應(yīng)用更多的關(guān)注，有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行這方面的控制工作，強(qiáng)化醫(yī)療質(zhì)量控制意識(shí)，使得其控制體系在實(shí)踐中的作用效果更加顯著。在此基礎(chǔ)上，有利于提升醫(yī)療質(zhì)量控制體系的潛在應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

1? 醫(yī)療質(zhì)量控制體系的應(yīng)用價(jià)值探討

為了實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)醫(yī)療質(zhì)量控制體系的科學(xué)應(yīng)用，細(xì)化相應(yīng)的研究?jī)?nèi)容，則需要對(duì)其應(yīng)用價(jià)值有所了解。具體表現(xiàn)為：①注重醫(yī)療質(zhì)量控制體系應(yīng)用，有利于降低其質(zhì)量問(wèn)題發(fā)生率，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)醫(yī)療質(zhì)量的科學(xué)控制，且能為醫(yī)療活動(dòng)的高效……
