[摘要] 目的 探討6S管理對神經內科護理安全和患者滿意度的影響。方法 方便選擇該院神經內科2017年1月—2018年12月收治的住院患者共400例,護士30名作為研究對象,分別設置為對照組、觀察組,各200例。對照組施行常規護理管理,觀察組施行6S管理,兩組就護理差錯事件發生率、護理滿意度進行比較,并比較兩組護士的工作壓力指數、職場正念評分、職業滿意度。結果 ①觀察組的護理差錯事件總發生率1.50%低于對照組的7.00%(P<0.05),其護理總滿意率97.50%高于對照組91.00%(P<0.05)。②觀察組階段護士的工作壓力指數較對照組階段降低(P<0.05),其職場正念評分、職業滿意度均較對照組階段增高(P<0.05)。結論 6S管理用于神經內科可減少護理差錯事件,使患者對護理服務更加滿意,還可減輕護士的工作壓力,提升其職場正念、職業滿意度。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the impact of 6S management on the safety of neurological nursing and patient satisfaction. Methods Convenient selection of 400 inpatients and 30 nurses admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects, and they were set as the control group(n=200), observation group(n=200), and the control group was administered with routine nursing management. The observation group 6S management was implemented. The two groups compared the incidence of nursing error events and nursing satisfaction, and compared the two groups 'nurses' work stress index, workplace mindfulness score, and occupational satisfaction. Results 1.The total incidence of nursing error events in the observation group was 1.50% lower than the control group's 7.00%(P<0.05), and the total satisfaction rate of nursing care was 97.50% higher than the control group's 91.00%(P<0.05).2.The work stress index of the nurses in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The workplace mindfulness score and occupational satisfaction were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 6S management used in neurology can reduce nursing errors and make patients more satisfied with nursing services. It can also reduce the work pressure of nurses and improve their mindfulness and career satisfaction in the workplace.

神經內科的護理工作強度較大,稍有不慎就可能引起護理差錯事件,導致患者護理安全無法得到保障,其護理滿意度受到影響[1],故做好神經內科的護理管理十分重要。6S管理是在5S管理基礎上改進得到的一種新型管理模式,該研究為探討6S管理對神經內科護理安全和患者滿意度的影響,方便選取2017年1月—2018年12月該院神經內科住院患者共400例進行研究,現報道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
方便選擇該院神經內科收治的住院患者共400例作為研究對象,分別設置為對照組、觀察組,對照組患者的年齡為20~86歲,平均(52.63±16.47)歲;男118例、女82例。觀察組患者的年齡為20~87歲,平均(52.98±16.31)歲;男115例、女85例。一般資料組間比較,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05),研究有可比性。
兩個階段護士均為同一批,未發生變動,共30名均為女性,年齡為22~40歲,平均(31.04±8.21)歲。
患者及護士均對研究知情同意,經醫學倫理學委員會批準后開展研究。……p>
