精神科護理管理中的以人為本理念探討

[摘要] 目的 探討“以人為本”的護理理念在精神科護理中的應用價值。方法 選取自2016年6月—2018年5月期間該院收治的100例精神病患者作為實驗研究對象，隨機將100例患者分為實驗組與對照組，對照組患者采用常規方法進行護理，護理人員在“以人為本”的理念的指導下對實驗組患者進行護理。6個月后比較兩組患者的療效及IPROS評分。結果 經過一段時間的護理，采用住院精神病患者康復療效評定量表（IPROS）對兩組患者治療前后的評分進行比較分析。護理前，兩組患者的評分對比差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。護理后，兩組患者的評分明顯低于對照組患者的評分。實驗組中，33例對護理滿意，15例基本滿意，不滿意2例，護理滿意度為96.00%;對照組中，20例對護理滿意，17例基本滿意，不滿意13例，護理滿意度為74.00%。護理滿意度方面實驗組明顯高于對照組，兩組差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 在精神病患者的臨床護理中，遵循“以人為本”的護理理念，能夠在很大程度上改善精神病患者的臨床護理效果，大大提升護理滿意度，從而達到滿意的治療效果，因此，“以人為本”的護理理念值得在臨床實踐中進行推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of "people-oriented" nursing concept in psychiatric nursing. Methods 100 patients with mental illness who were admitted to the hospital from June 2016 to May 2018 were selected as experimental research objects. 100 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods， nursing staff under the guidance of the "people-oriented" concept of nursing patients in the experimental group. After 6 months， the efficacy and IPROS score of the two groups were compared. Results After a period of nursing， the rehabilitation effect evaluation scale （IPROS） of the inpatients with mental illness was used to compare and analyze the scores before and after treatment. Before nursing， the difference in scores between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant（P>0.05）. After nursing， the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group. In the experimental group， 33 patients were satisfied with nursing， 15 patients were basically satisfied， 2 patients were dissatisfied， and nursing satisfaction was 96.00%; in the control group， 20 patients were satisfied with nursing， 17 patients were basically satisfied， 13 patients were dissatisfied， and nursing satisfaction was 74.00%. In terms of nursing satisfaction， the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical care of patients with mental illness， following the "people-oriented" nursing concept can greatly improve the clinical nursing effect of patients with mental illness， greatly improve the satisfaction of nursing， and thus achieve satisfactory treatment results. Therefore， "people-oriented" nursing concept deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.

精神病患者因為其具有較為嚴重的心理障礙，在意志、行為、情感等方面大大區別于常人，會經常做出不正常的行為，其屬于社會弱勢群體的一部分[1]。在臨床實踐中，對于精神病患者的護理，因為其認知能力、理解能力、情感方面的歪曲，造成護理難度往往較大，使臨床治療效果差強人意[2]。護理在臨床治療中作用十分重要，采用什么樣的方法對精神病患者進行護理，才能夠收到良好的臨床療效，成為臨床研究的重要課題。該文2016年6月—2018年5月對此進行探討和研究，現報道如下。
