創(chuàng)傷骨科急救藥品存放管理的改進(jìn)措施分析

[摘要] 對(duì)于創(chuàng)傷骨科患者來(lái)說(shuō)，急救藥品與物品事在急救過(guò)程中必不可少的物品。急救藥品的管理和存放，也是直接影響急救效果的重要因素。因此現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)為了進(jìn)一步提高醫(yī)療的安全度，必須要加強(qiáng)對(duì)急救藥品和急救物品的規(guī)范管理，但是在這個(gè)過(guò)程當(dāng)中仍然出現(xiàn)了許多問(wèn)題，整體效果提升度不高。

[Abstract] For trauma orthopedics patients， first aid drugs and articles are essential items in the first aid process. The management and storage of first aid drugs are also important factors that directly affect the effectiveness of first aid. Therefore， in order to further improve the safety of medical treatment， modern medical institutions must strengthen the standardized management of first-aid drugs and first-aid items， but many problems still occur in the process， and the overall effect is not high.

據(jù)現(xiàn)如今的相關(guān)研究表明，大部分醫(yī)院在急救藥品和器械的管理存放當(dāng)中仍然存在不少的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素，而且這些因素均會(huì)影響到創(chuàng)傷骨科急救的效率，該文就針對(duì)創(chuàng)傷股和急救藥品存放管理進(jìn)行了一系列的改進(jìn)措施，并且分析了當(dāng)前我國(guó)在急救藥品和器材方面存在的問(wèn)題，報(bào)道如下。

1? 急救藥品管理存在的問(wèn)題

1.1? 醫(yī)護(hù)人員不能夠了解急救藥品管理的重要性

目前我國(guó)大部分醫(yī)院存在著，部分醫(yī)護(hù)人員缺乏對(duì)急救藥品和急救器材管理方面的重視，對(duì)急救綠色通道的認(rèn)識(shí)度不夠，而且會(huì)認(rèn)為搶救工作和搶救車(chē)放置位置之間沒(méi)有多大聯(lián)系，所以在出現(xiàn)緊急問(wèn)題的時(shí)候，沒(méi)有在短時(shí)間內(nèi)將急救通道進(jìn)行打通，導(dǎo)致急救通道堵塞，影響了治療時(shí)間[1]。

1.2? 缺乏急救藥品與器材的管理知識(shí)

有一部分醫(yī)護(hù)人員對(duì)于急救藥品和急救器材管理方面的知識(shí)不夠了解，而且醫(yī)院也沒(méi)有特定組織醫(yī)護(hù)人員進(jìn)行相關(guān)知識(shí)的培訓(xùn)，所以導(dǎo)致醫(yī)護(hù)人員在急救藥品和急救器械管理方面缺乏一定的知識(shí)，不知道怎樣去處理急救藥品和急救器材?！?br>
