生化質控管理在現階段醫院檢驗科工作管理中的應用

[摘要] 目的 分析及探討生化質控管理模式在現階段醫院檢驗科工作管理中的應用價值。方法 以2019年1—3月期間在該院檢驗科38例檢驗人員為重點對象，并分別采用全自動分析儀各監測63例生化檢驗標本統計對比兩組檢驗人員管理前、后的工作質量評分、各項檢驗標本不達標率及患者對檢驗人員工作滿意度情況，并予以評價。結果 實驗組操作技能、業務知識、學科發展、檢驗效率及檢驗質量評分情況，均較參照組差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）;實驗組健康體檢患者標本、門診患者標本及住院患者標本不達標率均為1例（1.59%），明顯低于參照組健康體檢患者標本、門診患者標本及住院患者標本不達標率的6例（9.52%）、8例（12.70%）、7例（11.11%），差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）;實驗組患者對檢驗人員工作滿意度98.41%，顯著高于參照組患者對檢驗人員工作滿意度85.71%，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 實施生化質控管理運用在現階段醫院檢驗科工作管理中的應用價值高。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and explore the application value of biochemical quality control management mode in the current laboratory work management of hospitals. Methods Collected 38 inspectors in the department from January 2019 to March 2019 as the key objects， and monitored 126 biochemical test specimens with a full-automatic analyzer. According to different management methods， the patients were divided into the reference group （traditional management） and the experimental group （biochemical quality control management）， each group is divided into（63/19） cases. Statistics and comparison of the two groups of inspectors before and after the management of the work quality score， the rate of non-compliance of each test specimen and the patient's job satisfaction with the inspectors are evaluated. Results The experimental group's operating skills， business knowledge， subject development， test efficiency， and test quality scores were different from the reference group，the difference has statistically significant（P<0.05）; the test group's specimens of health checkups， outpatients， and inpatients were not up to standard. The rates were 1 case（1.59%）， which were significantly lower than the 6 cases（9.52%）， 8 cases（12.70%）， and 7 cases（11.11%） of the non-compliance rates of the specimens from the health checkups， outpatients and inpatients in the reference group，the difference has statistically significant（P<0.05）; the test group's job satisfaction with the tester was 98.41%， which was significantly higher than the reference group's job satisfaction with the tester's 85.71%， and the gap was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of biochemical quality control management has high application value in the current laboratory work management of hospitals.

檢驗科是醫學的橋梁，主要負責健康體檢、門診患者及住院病房的各種人體及動物標本的檢測工作，其工作內容相對復雜，即生化檢查、免疫檢查、微生物檢查和臨檢檢查項目，可對診斷患者疾病類型、嚴重程度及科研等方面具有重大意義。若檢驗人員在各項檢驗過程中，出現生化質量不達標情況，可直接影響檢驗結果的準確性及真實性。為此，采取一套帶有針對性強、實效性高的管理方案，對于檢驗科生化質控管理工作而言，有著十分重要的意義[1]。該文對該院檢驗科實施生化質控管理后的效果進行深入探討，現報道如下。
