[摘要] 目的 探討于醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科實施流程管理后在減少醫(yī)療缺陷方面獲得的臨床效果。方法 選擇該院2017年3月—2019年5月收治的74例婦產(chǎn)科患者作為實驗對象;數(shù)字奇偶法分組后探究每組分娩流程管理方式;比照組37例:選擇常規(guī)分娩流程管理方式展開;實驗組37例:選擇完善分娩流程管理方式展開;就組間總管理滿意率、總醫(yī)療缺陷發(fā)生率以及總醫(yī)療糾紛發(fā)生率展開對比。結(jié)果 實驗組婦產(chǎn)科患者總管理滿意率97.30%高于比照組59.46%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05);實驗組婦產(chǎn)科患者總醫(yī)療缺陷發(fā)生率13.51%低于比照組40.54%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05);實驗組婦產(chǎn)科患者總醫(yī)療糾紛發(fā)生率5.41%低于比照組43.24%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 婦產(chǎn)科患者于臨床接受完善分娩流程管理后,利于總管滿意率提升,總醫(yī)療缺陷發(fā)生率降低以及總醫(yī)療糾紛發(fā)生率降低,最終對于婦產(chǎn)科總體工作質(zhì)量的提升,奠定基礎(chǔ)。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of reducing medical defects after implementing process management in the hospital's obstetrics and gynecology department. Methods 74 cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients treated in the hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected as experimental subjects; the digital parity method was used to explore the management of each group's delivery process; the control group 37 cases: the routine delivery process management methods were used; experimental group 37 cases: selected the improve the delivery process management method; compared the total management satisfaction rate, the rate of total medical defects, and the rate of total medical disputes between groups. Results The overall management satisfaction rate of gynecological and obstetric patients in the experimental group 97.30% was significantly higher than that of the control group 59.46%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the overall medical defect rate of gynecological and obstetric patients in the experimental group 13.51% was lower than that of the control group 40.54% ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the incidence of total medical disputes among gynecological and obstetric patients in the experimental group 5.41% was significantly lower than that in the control group 43.24%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion After obstetrics and gynaecology patients receive clinically perfect delivery management, it will help improve the satisfaction rate of general managers, reduce the incidence of total medical defects and reduce the incidence of total medical disputes, and finally lay the foundation for the overall quality of work in obstetrics and gynecology.

對于醫(yī)院管理水平以及服務(wù)質(zhì)量在評定衡量期間,主要通過醫(yī)療缺陷進行反映。醫(yī)院在表現(xiàn)出醫(yī)療缺陷的情況后,表現(xiàn)出醫(yī)療糾紛的概率較為顯著,從而使得醫(yī)院社會效益以及經(jīng)濟效益均有所影響,對此確定有效方法將醫(yī)療缺陷發(fā)生率降低,意義顯著。該次研究 選擇該院2017年3月—2019年5月收治的74例婦產(chǎn)科患者作為實驗對象,將針對醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科患者探究完善分娩流程管理方式應(yīng)用可行性,以利于醫(yī)療糾紛發(fā)生率等顯著降低。報道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
選擇該院收治的74例婦產(chǎn)科患者作為實驗對象;數(shù)字奇偶法分組后探究每組分娩流程管理方式;比照組37例:年齡22~40歲,平均年齡(29.33±2.35)歲;體重49~71 kg,平均體重(52.22±3.22)kg。實驗組37例:年齡23~41歲,平均年齡(29.35±2.39)歲;體重49~70 kg,平均體重(52.29±3.29)kg;觀察對比兩組婦產(chǎn)科患者的一般資料(年齡、體重),差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。具……
