手術室護理管理中應用風險意識管理的效果

[摘要] 目的 分析手術室護理管理中應用風險意識管理的效果。方法 篩選2017年1月—2018年12月在該院接受手術治療的260例患者。按照來院時年份分組，將2017年來院的130例患者做為對照組，將2018年來院的130例患者做為研究組。該院2018年初將風險意識管理落實于手術室護理管理，對比開展這項工作前后護理質量、人員風險意識評分，對比兩組患者手術期間不良事件發生情況。結果 開展風險意識管理后手術室護理工作質量評分和護理人員風險意識評分均高于開展風險意識管理前，開展前后差異有統計學意義（P<0.05） ;對比手術期間投訴糾紛與風險事件發生率研究組低于對照組，兩組數據差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 手術室護理管理中應用風險意識管理，能夠提高護理人員識別和處理風險的能力，提升手術室工作質量，減少不良事件發生。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of applying risk awareness management in nursing management of operating room. Methods A total of 260 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected. Grouped according to the year of admission， 130 patients who were admitted to the hospital in 2017 were used as the control group， and 130 patients who were admitted to the hospital in 2018 were used as the study group. The hospital implemented risk awareness management in the operating room nursing management in early 2018， compared the quality of care before and after the work， the risk awareness score of personnel， and compared the incidence of adverse events during surgery between the two groups of patients. Results After the operation of risk awareness management， the quality of operation room nursing care and the risk awareness scores of nursing staff were higher than before the implementation of risk awareness management， and the difference was statistically significant before and after the development（P<0.05）; compared with the rate of complaint disputes and risk events during the operation， the study group was lower in the control group， the data of the two groups were statistically significantly different（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of risk awareness management in operating room nursing management can improve the ability of nursing staff to identify and handle risks， improve the quality of operating room operations， and reduce adverse events.

手術室是醫院中前線部門，不僅是獨立的科室，也與院內各個科室有密切合作。手術室護理工作的質量與安全性是保障手術效果和患者預后的關鍵環節[1]。由于手術室的特殊性，對護理工作的要求更高，需要護理人員具備風險識別能力，從而促進更加高效風險防御機制的建立[2]。該文篩選2017年1月—2018年12月在該院接受手術治療的260例患者為研究對象，分析了手術室護理管理中應用風險意識管理的效果，報道如下。

1? 資料與方法

1.1? 一般資料

①護理人員資料：納入該院手術室護理人員共14名，其中2名男性，12名女性;年齡23～44歲，平均年齡（33.77±2.75）歲;工作年限1～10年，平均工作年限（6.13±1.34）年。

②患者資料：篩選在該院接受手術治療的260例患者。按照來院時年份分組，將2017年來院的130例患者做為對照組，將2018年來院的130例患者做為研究組?！?br>
