[摘要] 目的 分析在消化內科護理教學中臨床教學路徑的應用效果。方法 在2017年7月—2018年7月期間,選取該院消化內科實習生80名,隨機分為對照組和觀察組,各40名。對照組實習生給予傳統臨床帶教方式,觀察組實習生給予臨床教學路徑方式,對比兩組實習生教學后的效果。結果 觀察組實習生平均理論考核成績和操作考核成績以及教學滿意度均優于對照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 在消化內科護理教學中給予臨床教學路徑方式,能夠提高實習生的綜合能力,從而消化內科實習教學質量明顯提高,教學滿意度明顯提升。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical teaching pathways in nursing teaching of digestive medicine. Methods During the period from July 2017 to July 2018, 80 interns from the department of Gastroenterology were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases each. The control group interns were given traditional clinical teaching methods, and the observation group interns were given clinical teaching pathways, and the effects of the two groups of interns were compared. Results The average theoretical and operational assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the trainees in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Giving clinical teaching pathways in nursing teaching of Gastroenterology can improve the comprehensive ability of interns, so the quality of Gastroenterology practice teaching is significantly improved, and teaching satisfaction is significantly improved.

臨床路徑是由多學科專業人員(如醫療健康機構的醫師、臨床醫學專家、醫院管理者、護士等)共同制定的一系列標準的管理措施和照顧方案,主要是針對某一指定疾病或手術開展,其內容要有時間安排,并且規劃有序[1]。目前在臨床醫療工作中已廣泛應用,應用效果較為理想。現在在教學中根據臨床路徑理念開展臨床教學路徑,統籌教學內容和時間,并制定針對性的教學計劃,也取得較為滿意的效果[2]。因此,該文選取該院在2017年7月—2018年7月期間消化內科實習生80名,分為兩組,分別給予傳統臨床帶教方式和臨床教學路徑方式,對比兩組實習生教學后的效果。現報道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
選取該院消化內科實習生80名,隨機分為對照組和觀察組,各40名。對照組實習生男13名,女27名;年齡19~24歲,平均年齡(21.84±2.15)歲。觀察組實習生男12名,女28名;年齡20~24歲,平均年齡(22.12±2.32)歲。兩組實習生基本資料對比差異無統計學意義(P>0.05),具有可比性。……p>
