眼科手術(shù)患者的信息化管理效果觀察

[摘要] 眼睛是人體的重要器官，眼科疾病診治期間，要盡最大限度將失誤率控制到最小，這就對(duì)醫(yī)護(hù)人員的操作水平與醫(yī)療管理的精細(xì)程度提出了更高的要求。醫(yī)院信息化管理模式的推行應(yīng)用于眼科臨床，可有效存儲(chǔ)、整合、挖掘患者信息，減少眼科治療中的失誤操作，使眼科診療系統(tǒng)由治療疾病轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)轭A(yù)防疾病。為了進(jìn)一步探討信息化管理模式在眼科手術(shù)患者中的應(yīng)用效果，該文在查詢大量文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上，系統(tǒng)分析了該院具體的應(yīng)用情況，以期為信息化管理模式的深入推廣作出貢獻(xiàn)。

[Abstract] The eye is an important organ of the human body. During the diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmic diseases， the error rate must be minimized to the minimum， which places higher requirements on the operation level of medical staff and the fineness of medical management. The implementation of the hospital informatization degree model is applied to the ophthalmology clinic， which can effectively store， integrate， and mine patient information， reduce erroneous operations in ophthalmic treatment， and transform the ophthalmic diagnosis and treatment system from treating diseases to preventing diseases. In order to further explore the application effect of informatization management mode in patients with ophthalmic surgery， this article systematically analyzes the specific application situation of the hospital based on a large amount of literature information， with a view to contributing to the in-depth promotion of informatization management mode.

眼科是醫(yī)院內(nèi)部的重要科室，具有手術(shù)患者多、接臺(tái)快等特點(diǎn)，病房和手術(shù)室在接送患者時(shí)容易出現(xiàn)流程不規(guī)范、差錯(cuò)、遺漏等現(xiàn)象。為了增強(qiáng)醫(yī)護(hù)工作質(zhì)量與工作效率，提高患者滿意度，可利用信息化管理模式，合理設(shè)計(jì)手術(shù)、工作流程，實(shí)現(xiàn)全程規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化管理手術(shù)患者的目標(biāo)。信息化管理是強(qiáng)化醫(yī)療質(zhì)量的重要部分，真正做到以患者為中心開展各項(xiàng)醫(yī)療活動(dòng)。為了進(jìn)一步探討信息化管理模式在眼科手術(shù)患者中的應(yīng)用效果，該文在查詢大量文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上，系統(tǒng)分析了該院具體的應(yīng)用情況，以期為信息化管理模式的深入推廣作出貢獻(xiàn)。
