醫用加速器的防護要求

[摘要] 通過該院目前臨床上醫用直線加速器使用情況，分析其在使用過程中放射防護方面存在的不足以及需要改進完善的地方，醫用直線加速器在其使用過程中存在著放射防護意識差、環境管理不到位、制度不完善等許多問題，針對放射防護方面存在的問題需要通過加強技術人員的水平提高、加強放射防護管理等方式提高放射防護要求。有效避免直線加速器保養、設備防護管理以及設備周邊環境建設等問題，保證直線加速器的正常使用。

[Abstract] Based on the current clinical use of medical linear accelerators in the hospital， analyze the deficiencies in radiological protection during use and the areas that need to be improved. There are many problems in the use of medical linear accelerators.Poor radiation protection awareness， inadequate environmental management， and inadeguate system， etc. To address the problems in radiological protection， it is necessary to improve the requirements of radiological protection by strengthening the level of technical staff and strengthening radiological protection management. To effectively avoid problems such as linear accelerator maintenance， equipment protection management， and equipment surrounding environment construction to ensure the normal use of linear accelerators.

直線加速器作為醫院診斷以及治療過程中最為常用的設備之一，在目前臨床上具有廣泛的應用[1-2]。醫用加速器是生物醫學上的一種用來對腫瘤進行放射治療的粒子加速器裝置。帶電粒子加速器是用人工方法借助不同形態的電場，將各種不同種類的帶電粒子加速到更高能量的電磁裝置。要使帶電粒子獲得能量，就必須有加速電場[3-4]。加強醫用加速器輻射安全防護與安全管理工作，目的是確保加速器本身的安全運轉，加強輻射環境管理。要制定監測計劃，同時對相關專業人員和維護人員以及廣大患者進行合理防護，避免其接受不必要的輻射，尤其是要做好以下幾個環節的工作，現文章報道如下。
