[摘要] 在新時代的新要求下,檢驗醫學承擔了醫學科學中的疾病診斷和療效監測功能,同時也面臨著新的機遇和挑戰。為改進服務流程,享受優質服務,提高醫患滿意率,作者將“6S”管理引入縣級檢驗科管理流程中,用實踐檢驗“6S”管理的效用。通過成立以科主任為組長的“6S”管理小組,下設6個工作小組,合理運用“6S”管理的6個要素即“整理、整頓、清掃、清潔、素養、安全”,對實驗室工作區、生活區的管理實現了優化升級,提高工作效率。實踐顯示“6S”管理方法對于提升工作效率有著顯著作用,物品、耗材過期率下降了85%,使急診報告時限符合率提高到96%,使患者滿意度提高至93%。“6S”是一種簡單的現場管理手法,能顯著助推檢驗科發展,提升管理成效。

[Abstract] Under the new requirements of the new era, laboratory medicine has assumed the functions of disease diagnosis and curative effect monitoring in medical science, and it also faces new opportunities and challenges. In order to improve the service process, enjoy high-quality services, and increase the satisfaction rate of doctors and patients, the author introduces "6S" management into the management process of county-level inspection departments, and tests the effectiveness of "6S" management with practice. Through the establishment of a "6S" management group headed by a section chief, there are 6 working groups under which the 6 elements of "6S" management are reasonably used, namely "organization, rectification, cleaning, cleaning, literacy, and safety". The management of work areas and living areas has been optimized and upgraded to improve work efficiency. In practice, the author found that the "6S" management method has a significant effect on improving work efficiency. The expiration rate of items and consumables has decreased by 85%, which has increased the compliance rate of emergency reports to 96% and patient satisfaction to 93%. "6S" is a simple on-site management method, which can significantly promote the development of the inspection department and improve management effectiveness.

隨著現代科技和臨床醫學的迅猛發展,檢驗醫學已成為醫學科學領域里發展最快的學科,它對疾病的診斷、治療、預防和康復由單一的輔助檢查功能轉為了療效監測和疾病診斷功能[1]。且隨著國家公立醫院綜合改革方案要求“優先發展縣級醫院,提高縣級醫院看大病的能力”,縣級醫院檢驗科面臨的將是一個嚴峻的機遇和挑戰。縣級醫院檢驗科必須轉變服務理念,除了具備先進的設施設備,還必須有一套精細化的管理手段優化檢驗服務流程,在這種前提之下,科室引進了“6S”管理方法[2]。
“6S”是指在生產現場中對人員、設備、材料、方法、環境等生產要素進行有效的管理,提高工作效率,保證質量,使工作環境整潔有序,預防為主,保證安全。……
