西疇縣興街鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)機(jī)技術(shù)推廣存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策

摘要? ? 現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)是農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化水平越來(lái)越高，對(duì)農(nóng)機(jī)技術(shù)推廣部門(mén)也提出了較高的要求。結(jié)合興街鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)機(jī)技術(shù)推廣的實(shí)際，介紹了近幾年興街鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)機(jī)技術(shù)推廣現(xiàn)狀，分析了推廣存在的問(wèn)題，提出了發(fā)展對(duì)策，以期為農(nóng)技推廣提供參考。

Abstract? ? The development trend of modern agriculture is that the level of agricultural mechanization is getting higher and higher， which also puts forward higher requirements for agricultural machinery technology extension departments. Combined with the practice of agricultural machinery technology promotion in Xingjie Town， the current situation of agricultural machinery technology promotion in Xingjie Town in recent years were summarized， the problems existing in the promotion were analyzed， and the development countermeasures were put forward， so as to provide references for agricultural technology promotion.

在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的背景下，農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)機(jī)械化程度越來(lái)越高，目前基層農(nóng)機(jī)推廣已形成一定的規(guī)模，對(duì)改善農(nóng)民勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率起到了積極的作用，因而要重視基層農(nóng)機(jī)技術(shù)推廣體系的發(fā)展，逐漸實(shí)現(xiàn)法制化及規(guī)范化[1]。目前，我國(guó)正處于傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)過(guò)渡的階段，農(nóng)機(jī)技術(shù)推廣面臨著嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)，同時(shí)也有很多的機(jī)遇，需要農(nóng)機(jī)技術(shù)推廣人員不斷更新思想，在社會(huì)改革的背景下不斷推進(jìn)基層農(nóng)機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展[1]。

西疇縣是山區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)縣，興街鎮(zhèn)地處西疇縣西南部地區(qū)，鎮(zhèn)黨委、政府所在地與西疇縣之間的距離約29 km，全鎮(zhèn)行政區(qū)域總面積為252.5 km2，有耕地面積為2 012 hm2，其中水田、旱地的面積分別為964、1 048 hm2，宜實(shí)施機(jī)耕的面積為1 821 hm2。興街鎮(zhèn)是西疇縣農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要區(qū)域，加快農(nóng)機(jī)技術(shù)推廣對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率的提高、糧食生產(chǎn)安全等方面發(fā)揮了積極的作用。近些年，興街鎮(zhèn)在國(guó)家惠農(nóng)政策的大力扶持下，積極推廣了一系列有效措施，使農(nóng)機(jī)技術(shù)推廣工作得到穩(wěn)步扎實(shí)地推進(jìn)，目前成效明顯，進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化了農(nóng)機(jī)裝備結(jié)構(gòu)，提高了當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)機(jī)化水平。……
