曲周縣蘋果裂紋裂果產生的原因及對策

摘要 ? ?為解決曲周縣蘋果裂紋裂果問題、提高當地蘋果品質，本文以曲周縣相公莊村蘋果園為研究對象，分析了當地蘋果裂紋裂果的原因，發現品種特性、營養失衡、管理缺乏、環境條件等因素會在不同程度上導致蘋果裂紋裂果，然后提出了生產中可采取合理施肥、葉面噴鈣、科學修剪、地面覆蓋等措施降低蘋果裂紋裂果率，以期為蘋果種植戶提供參考。

Abstract ? ?In order to solve the problem of apple cracking in Quzhou County and improve the quality of apples， this paper took the apple orchard in Xianggongzhuang Village of Quzhou County as the research object and analyzed the causes of local apple cracking. It was found that the variety characteristics， nutritional imbalance， improper management， environmental conditions and other factors could lead to apple cracking in different degrees， and then the measures to reduce the apple cracking rate in production were put forward， including reasonable fertilization， leaf spraying calcium， scientific pruning， ground cover and so on， in order to provide references for apple growers.

蘋果種質資源豐富，營養價值高，深受消費者喜愛。蘋果裂果是蘋果生產上存在的重要問題之一，嚴重阻礙了蘋果商品率的提高。裂紋裂果是由于前期干旱果肉細胞膨大較慢，后期遇雨細胞迅速膨脹，皮層斷裂而導致的一種生理病害[1]，是果實應對外界環境與內部生長不協調作出的反應。有研究表明，蘋果裂紋裂果率在13%～95%之間，平均發病率為60%[2]。裂紋裂果直接影響果實的外觀品質，不利于果實的貯存與銷售，挫傷了果農的積極性，也嚴重影響了果樹的生產效益。

曲周縣位于河北省東南部，是一個農業大縣。其中，槐橋鄉相公莊村是曲周縣栽培面積最大的蘋果種植村，該村的蘋果種植推動了周邊地區甚至全縣的蘋果產業發展。但是，該地區主要以小農戶種植模式為主，農業生產中多遇旱災，屬于蘋果的次適宜生長區，農民盲目施肥、管理粗放等現象普遍存在，導致蘋果裂紋裂果等問題嚴重，直接影響蘋果品質和生產效益，制約了當地蘋果產業的發展[3-4]，解決蘋果裂紋裂果問題已成為當地蘋果生產的當務之急。……
