2019年西和縣氣候影響評(píng)價(jià)

摘要 ? ?本文采用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法，對(duì)2019年西和縣國家一般氣象站采集的氣溫、降水、日照等基本氣象要素?cái)?shù)據(jù)和相應(yīng)歷年值進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析，并對(duì)局地暴雨、連陰雨等重大災(zāi)害性天氣進(jìn)行綜合分析，并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果，作出氣候?qū)θ藗兩a(chǎn)生活影響的綜合評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明，2019年氣候條件對(duì)全縣工農(nóng)生產(chǎn)及人們的生活有利有弊，屬一般年景。

Abstract ? ?Through statistical analysis methods， this paper compared the data of basic meteorological elements such as temperature， precipitation and sunshine to corresponding historical values collected by Xihe County National General Meteorological Station in 2019， and also comprehensively analyzed severe catastrophic weather such as local heavy rain and continuous rain. Then based on the analysis results， made a comprehensive evaluation of the impact of climate on people′s production and life. The results showed that climatic conditions have advantages and disadvantages for industrial production， agricultural production， and people′s lives in 2019. This year is a general year.

1 ? ?資料來源與方法

2019年氣象資料由西和縣國家一般氣象站采集。各種歷年氣象資料均為西和縣國家一般氣象站歷史資料，歷年氣候標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值采用1981—2010年的平均值。對(duì)比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采用《甘肅省氣候評(píng)價(jià)使用的一些天氣和氣候標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》[1-2]。各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)雨量由各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域站采集。

2 ? ?結(jié)果與分析

2.1 ? ?基本氣候概況

2019年西和縣氣溫偏高，降水偏多，日照偏少。年平均氣溫為9.8 ℃，較歷年平均值9.1 ℃偏高0.7 ℃;年總降水量652.7 mm，較歷年平均527.8 mm偏多24%;年日照時(shí)數(shù)為1 498.8 h，較歷年1 761.1 h偏少262.3 h，占年可照時(shí)數(shù)的34%，屬于一個(gè)偏暖較濕潤年份。本站全年共出現(xiàn)3次大雨，4次連陰雨，1次大風(fēng)過程。從2019年總體來看，氣候?qū)まr(nóng)生產(chǎn)及經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)有利有弊，屬一般年景。

2.2 ? ?單個(gè)氣象要素評(píng)述

2.2.1 ? ?氣溫。由圖1可知，2019年平均氣溫9.8 ℃，較歷年平均氣溫偏高0.7 ℃。5月氣溫偏低，4月特高，1月、3月、10月、11月、12月偏高，其余月份正常。極端最低溫度-12.8 ℃，出現(xiàn)在1月1日;極端最高氣溫32.3 ℃，出現(xiàn)在8月15日。
