摘要 ? ?利用高效液相色譜法測定麻黃魚腥草散中鹽酸麻黃堿和鹽酸偽麻黃堿的含量。采用C18柱(5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm),在室溫下,以乙腈-0.02 mol/L磷酸溶液(5∶95,V/V)為流動相,檢測波長210 nm,流速1.0 mL/min。結果表明,鹽酸麻黃堿在5~200 μg/mL范圍內,線性關系良好(R2=0.999 9),平均回收率為92.13%,相對標準偏差為2.93%;鹽酸偽麻黃堿在5~200 μg/mL范圍內,線性關系良好(R2=0.999 9),平均回收率為93.64%,相對標準偏差為4.05%。本方法簡單快捷,精密度好,可用于控制麻黃魚腥草散中鹽酸麻黃堿和鹽酸偽麻黃堿的含量。

Abstract ? ?The contents of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Mahuang Yuxingcao powder were determined by HPLC. Using C18 column (5 μm, 4.6 mm×150 mm) at room temperature, acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L phosphoric acid solution (5∶95,V/V) was used as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 210 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The result showed that the linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 5-200 μg/mL (R2=0.999 9), the average recovery was 92.13% and the relative standard deviation was 2.93%. The linear range of pseudoephedrine hydro-chloride was 5-200 μg/mL (R2=0.999 9), the average recovery was 93.64% and the relative standard deviation was 4.05%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used to control the content of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Mahuang Yuxingcao powder.

麻黃魚腥草散為獸藥中常用中藥散劑,收載于《中國獸藥典》2015年版二部,由麻黃、黃芩、魚腥草、穿心蓮和板藍根組成,具有宣泄肺熱、平喘止咳的功效,臨床主要用于肺熱咳嗽、雞支原體病的治療[1-2]。近年來,關于麻黃生物堿毒副作用的報道日趨增多[3]。因此,嚴格控制其質量也越來越重要。目前,其質量標準中僅對麻黃、黃芩、魚腥草、穿心蓮和板藍根進行顯微鑒別和鹽酸麻黃堿的薄層色譜鑒別,不能很好地控制其質量。有報道建立高效液相色譜法測定黃芩苷、穿心蓮內酯和脫水穿心蓮內酯含量以控制黃芩、穿心蓮的質量[4-6]。本文參考相關文獻[7-10],建立了測定麻黃魚腥草散中鹽酸麻黃堿和鹽酸偽麻黃堿含量的高效液相色譜法以控制其中麻黃質量。結果表明,本方法具有結果準確、快速分離、操作簡便、專屬性強、靈敏度高、重復性好等特點,提升了麻黃魚腥草散的質量,為全面有效地控制其質量提供了技術參考。……
