精細護理在復雜腎結石患者行多通道經皮腎輸尿管鏡取石術中的效果

【摘 要】目的：探討精細護理在復雜腎結石患者行多通道經皮腎輸尿管鏡取石術中的效果。方法：整合2016年12月至2017年12月間至本院接受多通道經皮腎輸尿管鏡取石術的復雜腎結石患者臨床數據，告知患者實驗目的后選擇其中84例作為研究對象，隨機分為兩組（對照組、實驗組），兩組各42例患者。實驗組應用精細護理，對照組應用常規護理，對兩組患者并發癥發生率和護理滿意度進行比較。結果：對照組患者的并發癥發生率顯著高于實驗組，差異明顯（P<0.05）;實驗組患者的護理滿意度為95.24%，明顯優于對照組的80.95%，數據差有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：針對行多通道經皮腎輸尿管鏡取石術的復雜腎結石患者，應用精細護理有助于降低并發癥，提高手術治療效果，還能使患者護理滿意度得到提升，值得推廣。

【Abstract】 Objective： To explore the effect of fine nursing in the treatment of complex renal calculi by multi-channel percutaneous nephroureteroscopy. Methods： from December016 to December017， we integrated the clinical data of patients with complex renal calculi who underwent multi-channel percutaneous nephroureteroscopy in our hospital， informed the patients of the purpose of the experiment， and selected4 of them as the research objects， and randomly divided them into two groups （control group and experimental group），2 patients in each group. The experimental group was treated with fine nursing， while the control group was treated with routine nursing. Results： the incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group （P. Conclusion： for the patients with complex renal calculi who have undergone multi-channel percutaneous nephroureteroscopy， the application of fine nursing can help to reduce the complications， improve the effect of surgical treatment， and improve the patients' nursing satisfaction， which is worth promoting.

在臨床中，腎結石是非常多見的一種疾病，且南方地區和沿海地區發病率較高，主要在人體腎盂、腎盞發生，一般情況下可通過手術取出，但針對神解剖結構發生異常或功能異常可能使取石變成困難[1]。而復雜腎結石主要是指孤立腎結石、多發性腎結石、異位腎結石等，根據發病位置、形狀和大小判斷，目前mini-PCNL術是比較常見的治療方式，但手術后可能出現一系列并發癥，因此需要配合相關護理干預，以提高手術治療效果[2]。本次研究整合2016年12月至2017年12月間至本院接受多通道經皮腎輸尿管鏡取石術的復雜腎結石患者臨床數據，探討對行多通道經皮腎輸尿管鏡取石術的復雜腎結石患者應用精細護理的療效，將結果匯總如下。
