社會工作介入社區(qū)流動兒童教育研究

摘? 要：流動兒童群體比較龐大，對流動兒童的教育是一個重要課題。本文回顧了流動兒童的基本現(xiàn)狀以及社會工作介入流動兒童教育的途徑，以高職院校志愿者介入社區(qū)流動兒童教育為例，探討了社會工作介入社區(qū)流動兒童教育的形式，凝練了社會工作介入流動兒童教育的理論模型，提出了相應(yīng)的建議對策。

A Study on the Intervention of Social Work in the Education of Migrant Children

--Taking some Communities in Wenzhou as an Example

Abstract：? The floating children group is relatively large， and the education of floating children is an important topic. This paper reviews the basic situation of migrant children and the ways of social work involving in migrant children's education. Taking the volunteer's involvement in community migrant children's education in higher vocational colleges as an example， it discusses the forms of social work involving in community migrant children's education， condenses the theoretical model of social work involving in migrant children's education， and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.

一、引言

改革開放以來，溫州經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速，很大部分歸功于外地到溫州工作人員的貢獻(xiàn)。溫州外來人口眾多，流動兒童自然就多，由此帶來的流動兒童教育問題值得深思。馬斯洛需要層次理論表明，人有生理、安全、社交、尊重、自我實(shí)現(xiàn)、求知和求美的需要。流動兒童顯然具有上述需求，因此滿足其需求是對其進(jìn)行適當(dāng)教育和激勵的有效途徑。現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)主要圍繞流動兒童的基本現(xiàn)狀以及社會工作介入流動兒童教育的途徑展開討論。周世強(qiáng)，李鶴（2012）[1]回顧了流動兒童的基本現(xiàn)狀，對社會工作介入流動兒童服務(wù)的發(fā)展背景進(jìn)行了闡述，以北京市兩個社區(qū)的流動兒童為研究對象，探索了社會工作介入社區(qū)流動兒童服務(wù)的模式和路徑。梁啟政（2018）[2]以青島市某社區(qū)流動兒童群體為例，探討了如何把社會工作理念和方法應(yīng)用與社區(qū)教育中，提出了構(gòu)建流動兒童公益課堂等方法。沈昱琳（2016）[3]、徐萌萌（2019）[4]分別以合肥市、山東省社區(qū)為例，剖析了影響流動兒童教育難題的原因，發(fā)現(xiàn)開展七彩課堂、放學(xué)小天地、移動圖書角等活動有助于流動兒童教育。……
