摘? 要 通過對本校學(xué)生進(jìn)行機(jī)械原理課程設(shè)計教學(xué)模式、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)效果等方面的問卷調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)校的機(jī)械原理課程設(shè)計在教學(xué)安排、設(shè)計方法等方面存在一定缺陷。為激發(fā)學(xué)生參與機(jī)械原理課程設(shè)計的興趣,發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主觀能動性,提高學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計和工程實踐等綜合能力,對機(jī)械原理課程設(shè)計進(jìn)行改革,調(diào)整機(jī)械原理課程設(shè)計教學(xué)模式,更新教學(xué)內(nèi)容,將培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實踐能力和創(chuàng)新思維始終貫穿于整個課程設(shè)計進(jìn)程中。

Abstract By conducing questionnaires among our students on the teaching mode, teaching content and teaching effect of the course exercise of mechanical principle, we find that there are some defects in the teaching arrangement and design method of the course exer-cise of mechanical principle. In order to arouse students interest in participating in the course design of mechanical principles, exert their subjective initiative, and improve their comprehensive abilities of innovative design and engineering practice, we need to reform the
course exercise of mechanical principles in our university, adjust the teaching mode of course design of mechanical principles, update the teaching content, cultivate students practical ability and innovative thinking throughout the whole course design process.

1 前言
機(jī)械原理課程設(shè)計是青島科技大學(xué)機(jī)械工程等專業(yè)學(xué)生在大學(xué)本科學(xué)習(xí)階段第一次進(jìn)行的工程設(shè)計類課程設(shè)計,其目的是通過設(shè)計實踐鍛煉,使學(xué)生更好地理解和掌握機(jī)械原理課程的基本理論和方法,進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)生利用計算機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)查閱工程技術(shù)文獻(xiàn)、繪制圖形和應(yīng)用計算機(jī)技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析與計算的能力,培養(yǎng)并加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新意識以及分析問題、解決工程實際問題的能力[1-2]。為了解機(jī)械原理課程設(shè)計教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,筆者對已做過機(jī)械原理課程設(shè)計的機(jī)械工程專業(yè)(高機(jī)和機(jī)自方向)15級學(xué)生進(jìn)行無記名問卷調(diào)查,回收有效問卷157份。
2 調(diào)查問卷結(jié)果與思考

1)課程的重要性和教學(xué)模式方面。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,76.4%的學(xué)生認(rèn)為機(jī)械原理課程設(shè)計對于機(jī)械原理課程知識掌握非常重要,重要的占17.2%,一般重要的占16.4%。……
