細節護理在肝癌切除術患者圍術期護理中的應用及對其炎癥反應發生的影響

The application of detailed nursing in the perioperative nursing of patients undergoing liver cancer resection and its influence on the occurrence of inflammation

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of detailed nursing in the perioperative nursing of patients undergoing liver cancer resection and its impact on the occurrence of inflammatory reactions. Methods Sixty-eight patients who came to our hospital for primary liver cancer resection from September 2017 to September 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different nursing methods selected by the patients during the perioperative period， they were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group （n=38） received refined nursing. The control group （n=30） received routine nursing. The time of hospitalization， wound healing， drainage tube removal， anal exhaust time， the incidence of complications， CRP level， and satisfaction score between the observation group and the control group were compared. Results The hospitalization time， wound healing time， drainage tube removal time， and anal exhaust time of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group （P<0.05）.The CRP level after detailed nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after routine nursing（P<0.05）. The satisfaction score of the observation group was （8.12±0.74）points， which was significantly higher than that （6.14±0.24） points of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Detailed nursing can effectively shorten the time of hospitalization， wound healing，drainage tube removal， and anal exhaust， reduce the incidence of complications and inflammation，and promote the satisfaction of patients with the nursing population. It shows that detailed nursing has a good effect in the perioperative nursing of patients undergoing liver cancer resection and is worthy of popularization and application.

原發性肝癌（Primary liver cancer，PLC）在我國臨床上是一種較為常見的腫瘤[1-2]，目前，手術切除是最為有效的治療方法[3]，但是由于該手術對于患者造成的創傷較大，并且由于術后胃管、導尿管等一系列措施會嚴重降低患者的生存質量[4-5]，對患者的生理、心理造成不利影響，影響患者的術后恢復[6]。因此，對于肝癌切除患者的圍術期實施有效護理在臨床上具有具有重要意義。雖然，目前臨床上的常規護理手段已經對改善手術效果有了良好作用，但是在目前以患者為中心的治療理念下，這樣的護理效果仍然存在不足，仍迫切需要進一步提高患者的生理及心理護理效果。基于此，本研究利用精細化護理手段研究細節護理在肝癌切除術患者圍手術護理中的應用及對患者炎癥反應發生的影響，現報道如下。
