工匠精神融入高職院校思想政治教育的培育探討

摘? 要：高職院校的思想政治教育是一項極為重要的工作，肩負著重要育人任務。工匠精神的提出，將該思想融入到高職院校教育體系中，為院校的思想政治教育有效性實施提供契機。工匠精神融入高職院校思想政治教育，助力于大學生專業化、職業化共同發展趨勢，增強大學生核心競爭力，促進大學生未來良好的就業與創業，凸顯高職院校的思想政治教育良好實施模式。對此，從工匠精神融入高職院校的思政教育的困境、價值及實踐路徑維度，論述工匠精神融入思想政治教育中的實際情況，并提出相關的實踐路徑，推進工匠精神在高職院校教育層面中良好的融入與實施。

On the Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit into Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract： The ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is a very important work and shoulders the important task of educating people. The proposal of craftsman spirit integrates this thought into the education system of higher vocational colleges， and provides an opportunity for the effective implementation of ideological and political education in colleges. The craftsman spirit is integrated into the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges， contributing to the common development trend of college students' specialization and professionalization， enhancing college students' core competitiveness， promoting college students' good employment and entrepreneurship in the future， and highlighting the good implementation mode of Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. In this regard， from the dilemma， value and practical path dimensions of the integration of craftsman spirit into Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges， this paper discusses the actual situation of the integration of craftsman spirit into Ideological and political education， and puts forward relevant practical paths to promote the good integration and implementation of craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges.

1? 工匠精神融入及培育的困境

1.1 大學生群體層面普遍對工匠精神認知不足

高職院校踐行工匠精神思想，將其融入思想政治教育體系當中，其凸顯了工匠精神實踐力度不足的問題。其存在的問題主要因素是大學生群體普遍對工匠精神認知不足，導致工匠精神在高職院校思想政治教育中實施力度不佳[1]。首先，當前多數高職院校大學生缺乏對工匠精神內涵的認知，他們不了解工匠精神的內涵。因此，大學生在自身專業學習、專業實踐以及專業實習過程中，工匠精神實踐成效不佳，這影響到大學生全面性發展。其次，部分大學生對自身專業認知不足，對專業的工匠精神內涵知之甚少，這影響到大學生未來的發展進程[2]。

1.2 學校層面對工匠精神的傳遞手段單一

高職院校教育實施中，思政教育工作中踐行工匠精神，凸顯工匠精神傳遞方式單一問題，使工匠精神在高職院校的教育層面中實施力度不足。首先，部分高職院校在專業教育層面中，重視大學生專業技能教育，輕視大學生思想政治教育，凸顯工匠精神滲透力度不強的問題。其次，教師在思想政治教育工作中，所采取的教育方式單一，影響到大學生對工匠精神的深入了解與探究，甚至部分大學生由于教學方式單一，對思想政治教育失去了學習與探討的積極性，使工匠精神在高職院校教育層面中實施成效不佳，也影響到大學生群體專業化工匠精神的良好培養。最后，工匠精神的教育在高職院校中實施，其大多依托于思想政治教育平臺，其與大學生專業融合度欠缺，使大學生在專業學習中未能領會到專業的工匠精神寓意，不利于大學生的職業化發展[3]。
