摘 "要:自古以來,我國的國計民生根本性問題就是農業農村農民的問題。在當下我國實施鄉村振興戰略的背景下,國家一號文件中提出了“數商興農”工程,這為解決三農問題和進一步推動鄉村振興戰略提供良好的機遇,也有助于重構農業農村經濟產業生態鏈。為此,該文分析“數商興農”背景下重構農業農村經濟產業生態鏈的意義,指出重構農業農村經濟產業生態鏈存在的問題,并進一步提出相應的解決策略。

Abstract: Since ancient times, the fundamental problem of China's national economy and people's livelihood is the problem of agricultural and rural farmers. In the context of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization in our country, our country put forward the project of \"Revitalizing Agriculture ThroughDigital Businesse\" in No.1 Central Document, which provides a good opportunity to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers and to further promote the strategy of rural rejuvenation, thus helping to reconstruct the industrial ecological chain of agricultural and rural economy. For this reason, this paper analyzes the significance of reconstructing the industrial ecological chain of agricultural and rural economy in the context of \"Revitalizing Agriculture ThroughDigital Business\", points out the problems existing in the industrial ecological chain of agricultural and rural economy, and further puts forward the corresponding strategies to address this problem.

伴隨著現代化科學技術的發展和農村基礎設施建設的不斷完善,數字經濟取得了良好的發展。同時,在國家和政府的大力支持下,我國農村電商發展也已經有了明顯的成效。根據國務部數據顯示可知,2021年我國農村網民數量已經達到2.84億,農村網商、網店有1 632.5萬家,全國農村網絡零售額達2.05萬億元,同比增長11.3%,增速加快2.4個百分點,占全國網上零售額的15.6%。2021年全國農產品網絡零售額達4 221億元,同比增長2.8%。以農產品網絡零售額占農林牧漁整體的增加值角度計算,農產品電商已經占到5%左右。農產品電商帶動了農民收入增加,促進了農業轉型升級,推動了鄉村產業興旺,對農村經濟社會的輻射面不斷拓展,影響程度不斷加深。此外,結合“數商興農”“快遞進村”和“互聯網+”農產品出村進城等工程的進一步實施,對鄉村產業數字化轉型工程起到了重要作用。……
