一、設計思路
英語課程標準倡導采用任務型的教學模式,要求“任務設計要真實,以學生的生活經驗和興趣為出發點”。本節課我共設計了三大任務:
Task 1 Free talk環節設計匯報家庭成員的生日及他們想要的生日禮物的任務,不但鞏固了本單元的重點句型,而且拉近了學生與家長的距離。
Task 2 Learn the text環節設計Listen and answer的任務,讓學生聽引言和對話并回答問題,以此來訓練學生用英語思維,用英語表達的習慣。Presentation環節設計我自己快要過生日的具體情境,激起學生強烈的好奇心,讓真實生活的話題引起學生的共鳴,促使學生在真實而有意義的語言交際中自然地學習和運用新的語言項目。
Task 3 Consolidation環節設計Make a new dialogue的任務,學完課文以后,讓學生把學到的英語技能在生活中實踐一下,培養他們的綜合語言運用能力。
二、教學目標
1,知識技能目標:在學完B和C的基礎上學習A部分
(1)結合句型What date is it today?It’s the…of…復習日期的英語表達。
(2)熟練掌握句型:When’s your birthday?Mybirthday is on the…of…What would you like as abirthday present?I’d like…
(3)能聽懂,會讀和會說日常交際用語:Mybirthday is coming soon.Would you like to come to mybirthday party?Sure.

2.文化情感目標
(1)學生樂于接觸并了解英語國家人們過生日時的風俗習慣,培養學生跨文化交際的能力。
(2)匯報家人的生日及他們喜歡的禮物,學會關心別人,懂得表達情感。

(就“調查”的信息進行交流,能進一步鞏固所學的英語語言知識,提高其初步運用英語進行交流的能力。因此,我不想把“調查”看成是一種僅供觀賞的形式,我要讓它真正發揮作用,我要讓學生通過此項任務,真正主動了解家人,真正懂得關心別人。真正學會怎么去愛。)

(教師的生活經歷作為英語交流的素材,可以巧妙地展現生活情景,讓學生在情景中用英語,給學生創設了英語實踐的環境,體現了英語課堂的對話不只是句型的操練,更是語言的自然流露與運用。自然樸素的交流方式更易為學生接受。)

(“提問式”英語課文教學是通過提問引出話題激活學生的現有知識或組織學生預測,然后通過提問給學生布置要回答的問題,組織學生進行聽課文或閱讀課文,從而更有效地掌握課文。通過提問可以鍛煉學生的口頭交流能力,培養學生解決問題的能力。)

(2)Make new dialogues with your friends orparents,then write it down.
(《英語課程標準》指出:“教師要把凡是學生能夠自己獨立做的事情都給學生留出空間,讓學生有時間、有機會去選擇、決定,去思考,去體驗、感悟,去創造、實踐、應用。”學生是完成作業的主體,他們是不同的個體,他們對事物的體驗、興趣各不相同。因此,英語作業在考慮共性的同時,也應兼顧到學生的個性。使作業成為學生個性發展的園地。)
