摘要 公共選修課是高等教育課程體系的重要組成部分,在大學生綜合素質教育和培養方面具有非常重要的作用。在公共選修課建設過程中仍存在不少問題,需以學生成長需求和將來就業為導向,制定一套切實可行的管理辦法,豐富課程資源,優化課程結構,增強學生選課指導,調動教師積極性,加強教學質量監督,提高評估水平,完善教務管理信息系統對公共選修課的管理功能,以確保公共選修課程的質量,進而提高人才培養的質量和水平。

Abstract Optional Public module is a very critical part of higher education courses system. It plays very important role in character cultivation and education of a university graduate. There are many problem existed on construction of Optional Public module. It needs to establish one set of practical management system considering the employment and development of students. It could be achieved by enrich Curriculum resources and optimize Curriculum structure, instruction on the selection of Curriculum, give full play to initiative of teachers, improve the surveillance of teaching quality, advance the level of evaluation, to make the teaching information system perfect by improve the management of Optional Public modules. To ensure the quality of Optional Public module, even to the quality and level of talent cultivated by taken above mentioned measure.

1 前言
公共選修課又稱校級選修課,是高校面向各專業學生開設、由學生自由選擇的課程。公共選修課(下稱公選課)以其自由度、適應性,成為高校課程體系的重要組成部分,是學分制教學模式的組成部分,并成為高校拓寬學生知識面,實現學科滲透、文理兼容的重要手段,同時也是高校培養復合型人才、造就現代化建設急需的開拓型、創造性人才,突出學校優勢,突顯人才個性優勢的重要渠道。公選課極為重要,融知識性、趣味性于一體,重在人文精神和科學精神的熏陶。開展公選課教學旨在拓寬學生的知識面,提高學生的知識層次,優化學生的知識結構,提高學生的綜合素質,實現文理滲透,增強學生就業競爭力和就業后的工作適應能力[1],也是充分發揮教師和學生潛能、適應社會對復合型人才的需求所采取的措施。……
