一、套用模板

1. 表贊成

(1)I firmly support the view/idea that students should do appropriate exercise. There are two factors contributing to this point. In the first place， appropriate exercise helps students to build up their strength. In the second place， doing appropriate exercise will ensure that they are energetic enough to study efficiently. What’s more， plastic bags pollute the environment heavily. So it goes without saying that the government should ban on it. 就我而言，我非常贊成禁止在餐館使用塑料袋的做法。我主要考慮公眾的健康。更重要的是，塑料袋對(duì)環(huán)境會(huì)造成嚴(yán)重的污染。所以說，政府應(yīng)該禁止它。

(3)I fully agree with the statement that parents set a good example to their children in forming good habits mainly because children like to follow or imitate their parents in many ways in their life. Besides， just as the saying goes， “If one sheep leaps over the ditch， all the rest will follow.”我完全贊同這樣的說法：父母應(yīng)該在培養(yǎng)孩子在形成良好習(xí)慣方面給他們樹立榜樣，主要是因?yàn)楹⒆釉谏钪袝?huì)在許多方面模仿父母。除此之外，正如諺語所說:“榜樣的力量是無窮的。”

(4)From my point of view， I am in favour of the suggestion of the government that every citizen do an-hour sport every day to lead a healthy life. For one thing， one hour sport will do good to people’s health， especially to the old and children. For another， to the working people， one hour sport can help them to lessen their stress of work and work more efficiently. 我贊成政府的建議：公民每天運(yùn)動(dòng)一小時(shí)，以過上健康的生活。首先，一個(gè)小時(shí)的運(yùn)動(dòng)有益于大家特別是老人和小孩的健康。對(duì)上班族來說，一個(gè)小時(shí)的運(yùn)動(dòng)可以幫助他們減少工作壓力，使工作更有效率。

2. 表反對(duì)

(1)Personally speaking， I strongly argue against the idea /proposal that senior students undertake extra classes at weekends. It is not only because extra classes will burden the students， but also because good relaxation can improve their attitude and enable them to study efficiently. 就個(gè)人來講，我堅(jiān)決反對(duì)高中學(xué)生周末補(bǔ)課的建議。這不僅因?yàn)檠a(bǔ)課會(huì)增加學(xué)生的負(fù)擔(dān)，還因?yàn)橹苣┑姆潘煽梢愿倪M(jìn)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度并使他們能更有效地學(xué)習(xí)。

(2)To be frank， I can not support the opinion that men are superior to women. My argument for this view goes as follows. For one thing， in modern society men and women are equal in many ways like work， education and so on. (4)I object to teacher’s laughing at students’ mistakes， for making mistakes is the first step for them to learn. In addition， this will cause the students to lose heart and even confidence， which will result in their failure. 我反對(duì)老師嘲笑學(xué)生犯錯(cuò)誤，因?yàn)榉稿e(cuò)誤是他們學(xué)習(xí)的第一步。此外，這會(huì)使學(xué)生灰心甚至失去信心，這將會(huì)導(dǎo)致他們失敗。

思路分析：先表明自己的觀點(diǎn)，是贊成還是反對(duì)，運(yùn)用表明觀點(diǎn)的開頭語如：From my point of view，Personally speaking等，然后再簡(jiǎn)要說說理由，如：I hold my view for the simple reason that...或者 I oppose the idea (statement) that...For one thing， ...For another， ...等等。

(1)Nowadays， more and more senior students are in favor of travelling during vocations. To be frank， I can’t agree more with it. There are several factors contributing to my point. For another， others can easily identify your nationality if you wear a T-shirt or a jacket with your flag on it， so it may be unsafe for you especially in some disordered or chaotic countries or areas. Therefore， people should not wear a flag out of respect or for safety concern.

This is mainly because we need many other things like health， fitness and relaxation. If you study all day long without any exercise or relaxation， you will feel stressed and tired， which will lessen the effect of study. Therefore， we should do appropriate sport to build ourselves up or relax ourselves at times， which will ensure enough energy to work hard.
