摘 要: 以菠蘿品種無刺卡因為試材, 研究了白色單層紙袋、外黃內黑雙層紙袋、牛皮紙袋3種紙質果袋套袋對果實品質的影響。結果表明, 套袋能提高果實的外觀色澤,防止日灼的發生,但顯著降低了果實的鮮質量增長率和單果質量。同時,套袋在一定程度上影響了菠蘿果實的營養品質,降低了果實風味。套袋后,菠蘿果實的可溶性蛋白、葉綠素、類胡蘿卜素含量均顯著降低。另外,白色單層紙袋處理的果實可滴定酸、可溶性糖和維生素C含量顯著降低;外黃內黑雙層紙袋處理的可溶性糖含量顯著降低,維生素C含量顯著升高;牛皮紙袋處理的固形物含量顯著降低, 可溶性糖和維生素C含量顯著提高。綜合套袋對果實品質和和商品性的影響,無刺卡因菠蘿推薦使用透光性好的白色單層紙袋。

Effects of bagging with different paper bags on fruit growth and quality of pineapple

Abstract: The effects of fruit bagging on fruit growth and quality were studied in pineapple fruit [Ananas comosus (L.) cv. Smooth Cayenne] with three different types of paper bags (one-layer white paper bag, two-layer yellow-out-dark-in paper bag and kraft paper bag). The results showed that bagging could promote the color and luster, and prevent pineapple fruits from sunburn. However, bagging significantly decreased the growth rate of fresh fruit weight and single fruit weight. At the same time, bagging affected the nutritive quality of pineapple fruit to some extent and decreased the fruit taste. Soluble protein, chlorophyll and carotenoid contents significantly decreased after fruit bagging. Additionally, titratable acidity, total soluble sugars and Vitamin C content significantly decreased in fruits with one-layer white paper bag, while total soluble sugars significantly decreased but Vitamin C content significantly increased in fruit with two-layer yellow-out-dark-in paper bag, yet total soluble solid significantly decreased but total soluble sugars and Vitamin C content significantly increased in fruit with kraft paper bag. In comprehensive consideration, white paper bag should be recommended according to fruit quality and marketability of pineapple.

菠蘿是世界名果之一,風味獨特,營養豐富,可用于鮮食,也可加工成罐頭、果汁,深受消費者青睞。在全球高度重視食品安全的大環境下,我國的農產品出口受到越來越苛刻的綠色技術壁壘的限制。近年來,果實套袋在我國果樹生產中得到了廣泛應用,也取得了極好的應用效果,已成為生產優質高檔無公害水果的重要途徑之一。套袋可以改善果實的外觀品質,降低果實農藥殘留,減輕病蟲危害,減少機械損傷等,但是套袋也可以影響果實的生長發育特性和品質[1-6]。……
