一、引言
一學期即將結束,面臨復習,怎樣才能做到最高效、最合理?對于這個問題,筆者經過深思熟慮,認為每單元可分兩課時:詞匯綜合復習(第一課時)和語法綜合復習(第二課時)。筆者就8AUNIT1的詞匯復習做了一次嘗試。因為詞匯在中考的每一個部分都有體現,特別是詞匯15分的三個部分。每單元的詞匯都各有側重點,同時又具備共性:它們都可以歸類、轉換。下面就來談談筆者的復習思路。
二、詞匯復習課的實施過程
Step One 詩歌欣賞:My Friend
My friend makes me smile.
My friend will run a mile(英里).
My friend is sweet at heart.
My friend is also smart.
My friend makes me cry.
My friend can make me fly.
My friend is a guy.
My friend does not lie(說謊).
My friend is moving away.
My friend is in my heart to stay(在心中).
通過這首小詩學習到課中需要用到的一些單詞及用法,如:be smart, make me fly……更重要的是,它和本課話題My Friend相一致。同時也為本課起了一個導入的重要作用。
Step Two 形容詞的用法
欣賞完小詩,接下來由老師陳述:I have a friend.He doesn’t know me. But he is a friend in my heart.He is thin, good-looking, clever and musical.(播放音樂) Listen! He is playing the piano, though he has no arms. Who is he?學生很自然地反映:He is Liu Wei.老師繼續引導:Yes. Liu Wei is weak. But he is strong in the heart.Do you want to have a friend like him?What is your friend like?①由學生介紹朋友時引出描述人的形容詞:slim, thin, fat, strong, tall, short, beautiful, smart, good-looking, handsome, pretty, neat, sporty,smiling,bright,round,small,ponytail,square,straight , big……②接下來呈現幾組反義詞,復習描寫人個性和能力的形容詞:If you want a friend, you hope what he/she is like?friendly or unfriendly,kind or unkind,happy or unhappy,pleasant or unpleasant,helpful or unhelpful,polite or impolite,honest or dishonest,hard-working or lazy?讓學生進行選擇比較,系統背誦。③回顧了形容詞,下一步就要具體操練了。于是做一個任務型活動:Introduce yourself to me. Model: My name is … I am slim. / I am a slim woman.I have big eyes./ My eyes are big. I’m friendly./I’m a friendly … I …任務結束后讓學生總結形容詞在句中的兩種用法:形容詞的兩種用法:Ⅰ作定語修飾名詞。Ⅱ作表語,放于be動詞或連系動詞的后面。
Step Four 重點詞匯再現
形容詞、動名詞占據本單元的絕對比例,在上面兩塊已經充分復習了。那么剩余單詞詞性較多,筆者認為再分類復習就顯得太散,決定用情景法把它們串連起來。于是設計了一個故事:I want to tell you a_____(秘密). I have a good friend. He is a star. Three years ago,we b_____friends.He doesn’t w______glasses. He has good e_____.He looks smart in the_______(雜志).He has a good sense of h____.He often plays j___with me. me.He always share my_____(happiness).When I have problems,he also can s_____them for me.I don’t see him for a long time because he is ill.He eats_________(not…anything).I want to see him.But he doesn’t_____(同意).I m_____him very much.I_____(相信) he will be OK in the f______.利用這個形式,筆者把8AUNIT1的所有剩余單詞一網打盡,并且用完成填空的形式讓學生注意到可數名詞的單復數、不可數名詞、動詞等等的用法,做到了單詞記憶的最佳方式之一:在文章中記憶。
Step Five 課堂檢測三
接下來該到筆者檢測這節課成果的時刻了。于是,筆者找來一些中考題型進行中考鏈接,來看看效果:
A.根據句意、首字母及中英文提示完成下列單詞。
1.London is _______ (著名的) for its bad weather.
2.The maths problem is quite easy. They can _________ (解決) it easily.
3.Daniel wears small round glasses, and they make him look _______ (clever).
B.用所給單詞的適當形式填空。
1.Simon is good at running. He looks ________ (sport).
2.Are these letters for that true ________(read)?
3.The old man fells much _________ (well) today.
C.用所給動詞的適當形式填空。
1.He __________(miss) her old school every day
2.Yesterday he ________ (wear) a smile and told me a secret.
3.They agreed _________ (have) a party on Saturday.
在本課結尾之時,老師提出三個問題:1.今天我們復習了哪些內容?2.我們用什么方法進行了復習?3.你能用今天所使用的方式自己進行復習UNIT2嗎?讓學生自己去發現詞匯復習可運用詞性歸類、詞性轉換和情景記憶等方式。
三、課后反思
筆者希望通過這個思路,為詞匯綜合復習創造一個基本模板,讓學生復習起來有跡可尋。通過運用歸類法、轉換法、聯系法、情景法等,使他們腦子里能清晰地反映出單詞運用及其內在的規律。
更希望通過這種復習思路,讓有能力的同學可以自己復習。授之以魚,不如授之以漁。
四、結束語
復習的方式有數不勝數,可以跨單元、分詞性;可以按內容、找規律;可以化整為零或化零為整……但是無論是哪種方式,復習課一定要根據學生的實際情況,既要實實在在又要高效合理,從而達到最優化。
