炎琥寧注射液治療輪狀病毒腸炎的療效及安全性分析

[摘要] 目的 評價炎琥寧注射液治療輪狀病毒腸炎的臨床療效。 方法 輪狀病毒性腸炎患兒130例，按隨機數字表法分成觀察組和對照組兩組。對照組給予常規治療，觀察組在對照組治療方式的基礎上，給予炎琥寧注射液。 結果 觀察組總有效率為96.92%，高于對照組總有效率86.15%，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。兩組均未出現明顯藥物不良反應情況。 結論 炎琥寧注射液治療輪狀病毒性腸炎療效可靠，具有良好的安全性。

Analysis of the efficacy and safety of treating rotavirus enteritis by Yanhuning injection

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate of clinical curative effect of the potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate injection in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods 130 cases of patients with rotavirus enteritis divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were given the conventional treatment.On the basic，the observation group were combined with potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 96.92% higher than 86.15% in the control group，which had significant differences（P<0.05）. Conclusion Potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate in treatment of rotavirus enteritis curative effect was reliable，and has a good safety.

輪狀病毒性腸炎是由輪狀病毒感染引起的急性消化道傳染病，好發于嬰幼兒[1]，是引起腸道內感染最常見的原因之一，而且還可引起循環系統、呼吸系統等其他系統的病變，嚴重時可危及生命[2]。本研究中，筆者采用炎琥寧注射液治療了輪狀病毒腸炎患兒，結果取得滿意療效，現報道如下。

1 資料和方法

1.1 一般資料

2011年1月～2012年8月本院就診的輪狀病毒性腸炎患者130例，其中男69例，女61例，年齡1～6歲，按隨機數字表法分成觀察組和對照組兩組。觀察組65例中男35例，女30例；年齡（3.6±0.9）歲；腹瀉（6.9±1.5）次/d。對照組65例中男34例，女31例；年齡（3.4±1.1）歲；腹瀉（6.7±1.8）次/d；兩組輪狀病毒性腸炎患者性別比、年齡、病情等一般資料比較差異無統計學意義（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 對照組 給予調整飲食、糾正脫水、利巴韋林抗病毒、蒙脫石散保護腸黏膜、凝結芽孢桿菌調節腸道菌群等常規治療。

1.2.2 觀察組 在對照組治療方式的基礎上，給予炎琥寧注射液（肖同達，哈爾濱三聯藥業有限公司， H20061057），用5%葡萄糖注射液或5%葡萄糖氯化鈉注射液稀釋后靜脈滴注，0.16～0.40 g/d，1次/d。……
