西瓜霜噴霧劑聯合利多卡因治療兒童口腔潰瘍的臨床觀察

[摘要] 目的 觀察西瓜霜噴霧劑聯合利多卡因治療兒童口腔潰瘍的臨床療效。 方法 將口腔潰瘍患兒93例隨機分為兩組，對照組采用傳統冰硼散局部涂撒治療，治療組用2%的利多卡因涂抹于潰瘍面，并用西瓜霜噴霧劑噴撒于潰瘍面治療。 結果 治療組總有效率為95.7%，對照組為80.9%，兩組間比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。 結論 西瓜霜噴霧劑聯合利多卡因治療兒童口腔潰瘍，療效明顯，值得臨床推廣。

Clinical observation of xiguashuang spray combined with lidocaine to treat chi1dren with oral ulcer

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiguashuang spray combined with lidocaine to treat chi1dren with oral ulcer. Methods 93 chi1dren patients with oral ulcer were randomly divided into two groups， the control group was given Binpengsan only， the treatment group was given Xiguashuang spray combined with lidocaine. Results The total effective rate of the two groups were 95.7%， 80.9% respectively， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Xiguashuang spray combined with lidocaine to treat chi1dren with oral ulcer was significant， worthy of clinical application.

兒童口腔潰瘍是口腔內科常見的口腔黏膜疾病，因其發病原因復雜，且缺乏足夠的臨床實驗參考數據，目前治療方法雖多，但尚無特效的治療方法[1]。因此，選擇有效治療兒童口腔潰瘍的方法，促進潰瘍愈合，減輕疼痛，是口腔內科醫師共同研究的熱點問題。本研究采用西瓜霜噴霧劑聯合利多卡因治療兒童口腔潰瘍46例，取得良好的療效。現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

2010年3月～2012年6月筆者所在醫院收治93例兒童口腔潰瘍患者，臨床癥狀均符合《實用兒科學》口腔炎診斷標準[2]，其中男43例，女50例，年齡11個月～12歲，平均（6.7±5.8）歲。隨機分為兩組，治療組46例，對照組47例，兩組在年齡、性別、營養、病情等方面比較差異無統計學意義（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 臨床癥狀

患兒均表現為口腔疼痛，黏膜不同程度充血，唇、頰、腭、舌、齒齦部位處見單個或多個潰瘍，潰瘍面顯灰白色或灰黃色，患兒出現拒奶、拒飲、拒食等現象，嚴重影響進食。……
