觀察雙黃連注射劑在臨床應用中不良反應的發生狀況

[摘要] 目的 探討分析雙黃連注射液在對患者進行抑菌、抗炎、抗病毒治療過程中出現的不良反應，并對其具體的用藥原則進行分析，以便于臨床中對于該藥物的合理使用，提高治療效率。 方法 回顧性分析筆者所在醫院2005年1月～2007年1月使用雙黃連注射液治療的患者，統計分析在對患者進行治療時的藥物使用量以及患者在用藥過程中出現的不良反應，并針對患者的不良反應采取相應的治療措施，觀察分析患者在臨床中的治療效果。 結果 大部分出現不良反應的患者表現為消化系統不良反應、皮膚過敏反應以及血管、神經系統反應等，并且男性患者的不良反應發生率高于女性，不同的用藥時間、用藥劑量對患者產生的不良反應情況也不同，因此該藥物的合理使用具有重要的意義。 結論 研究分析患者在應用雙黃連注射液時的不良反應，能夠有效地控制醫生對于該藥物的使用劑量，能夠根據患者的具體情況制定針對性的治療方案，降低患者用藥后的不良反應的發生，對于臨床的治療具有重要的現實意義。

Observation of the occurrence adverse reaction condition of Shuanghuanglian injection in the clinical application

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the adverse reaction of Shuanghuanglian injection in patients on the treatment of antibacterial， anti-inflammatory， antiviral and analysis of specific medicine principle， in order to the clinical rational use of the drug， and improve the efficiency of the treatment. Methods Patients using Shuanghuanglian injection in our hospital from January 2005 to January 2007 were retrospective analyzed. Patients with drug usage and drug adverse reaction in the process were statistical analyzed. Corresponding treatment measures were taken aiming at the adverse reactions of patients. The clinical treatment effect was observed. Results Most patients appeared adverse reaction for the performance of the digestive system adverse reaction， skin allergic reaction and vascular， nervous system reaction，etc.. Adverse effects rate of male patients was higher than female. Different medication time and dosage on patients had the different adverse reaction conditions， so the rational use of the drug had an important significance. Conclusion Research and analysis of the adverse reaction in the application Shuanghuanglian injection in patients can effectively control the doctor for the use of the drug dosage， according to the specific condition of patients make targeted treatment， reduce the adverse reactions of patients after the occurrence， and has a important practical significance to clinical treatment.

雙黃連注射液是臨床中應用較為廣泛的中藥類抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒藥物，該藥物具有吸收快、作用效果強等臨床特點。隨著對于雙黃連注射劑的深入研究，雙黃連逐漸的成為了中醫醫院治臨床中療治療上呼吸道感染性疾病的首選藥物，但是隨著近年來不斷地對于雙黃連注射劑的應用，人們發現雙黃連注射劑存在一定的不良反應，并且對患者的用藥劑量以及用藥方式都存在較大的個體差異性[1]。……
