關(guān)節(jié)鏡加活血消腫湯治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)病的療效分析

[摘要] 目的 探討關(guān)節(jié)鏡加活血消腫湯治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)病的療效。 方法 選取2010年1月～2011年1月到筆者所在醫(yī)院就診的膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)病100例患者為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象，隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組，兩組患者均接受關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)治療，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者加用活血消腫湯，比較兩組患者的臨床療效。 結(jié)果 兩組患者臨床治療后，各項(xiàng)癥狀均顯著改善，對(duì)照組關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)的治療有效率為86%，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者聯(lián)合治療有效率為96%，患者的臨床治療效果比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 關(guān)節(jié)鏡加活血消腫湯治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)病，具有較為理想的臨床治療效果，能夠顯著提高患者的康復(fù)速度，具有較高的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Efficacy analysis of arthroscopic and blood swelling soup treatment of knee joint disease

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy of arthroscopic and blood swelling soup treatment of knee joint disease. Methods The experiments selected our hospital between January 2010 to January 2011，100 cases of knee joint disease patients as experimental subjects， the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group，two groups of patients undergo arthroscopic surgery，the experimental group patients plus blood swelling soup，and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed. Results The two groups of patients with clinical treatment，the symptoms are a significant improvement in the treatment control group， arthroscopic surgery was 86% effective rate of 96% combination therapy of experimental group patients，the clinical therapeutic effect compared with statistically significant learning differences（P<0.05）treatment effect is better. Conclusion Arthroscopy plus blood swelling soup treatment of knee joint disease， with a more satisfactory clinical outcomes，can significantly improve the speed of the rehabilitation of patients with higher value.

膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的發(fā)生會(huì)導(dǎo)致患者出現(xiàn)下肢功能障礙，及時(shí)有效的臨床治療對(duì)于避免肌肉萎縮、關(guān)節(jié)黏連和關(guān)節(jié)僵硬的發(fā)生，以及提高骨折愈合速度具有十分積極的意義。筆者所在醫(yī)院自2009年起采用關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)聯(lián)合活血消腫湯治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)病，取得了較為理想的療效，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

選取2010年1月～2011年1月到筆者所在醫(yī)院就診的膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)病患者100例為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象，男54例，女46例，年齡38～72歲，平均（58.7±11.5）歲，平均病程（11.5±1.2）年。臨床癥狀主要表現(xiàn)為活動(dòng)障礙和膝關(guān)節(jié)長(zhǎng)期疼痛。患者隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組，各50例，且兩組患者自然情況和病情等方面資料比較，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。……
