臨床護理路徑在腹腔鏡膽囊切除術患者中的應用

[摘要] 目的 探討臨床護理路徑在腹腔鏡膽囊切除術患者的護理過程中的應用。 方法 回顧性分析筆者所在醫院2009年9月～2010年9月的50例腹腔鏡膽囊切除術患者，將其隨機分為觀察組和對照組，每組25例。對照組患者實行常規外科手術護理，而觀察組則按照臨床護理路徑進行護理，對比觀察兩組患者的護理療效。 結果 觀察組在住院天數及費用、并發癥的發生率、疼痛長度和患者滿意度上都比對照組有優勢，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。 結論 臨床護理路徑能夠有效減少患者的住院時間、住院費用、緩解患者的疼痛持續時間，提高患者對護理的滿意度，臨床護理路徑值得在臨床上推廣。

Application of clinical nursing path in the nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing path in the nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 50 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy from September 2009 to September 2010 were analyzed retrospectively and randomly divided into observation group and control group.25 cases were in the observation group and others in the control group. Routine nursing were given to the control group and clinical nursing path were given to the observation group. The nursing effect of two groups were observed and compared. Results The hospital stays， hospitalization expenses， rate of complications， duration of pain and patient satisfaction of the observation group were significant superior than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing path can shorten the hospital stays， reduce the hospitalization expenses， release the duration of pain and improve the patient satisfaction. So it is worth to be widely spread in clinic.

臨床護理路徑是一種診療護理新模式，它是通過對患者實施個性化、標準化、流程化的護理方案使患者在手術后能夠快速的康復，減少了患者的康復的延遲及資源浪費的現象。腹腔鏡膽囊切除術是近幾年隨著醫療技術的進步逐漸發展起來的一種新技術，具有切口小、損傷小、有效減少患者疼痛和創傷的特點，但是有效的護理措施也是腹腔鏡膽囊切除術成功與否的重要保障[1-2]。本研究收集了筆者所在醫院2009年9月～2010年9月的50例腹腔鏡膽囊切除術患者的臨床資料，對對照組患者實行常規的外科手術護理，觀察組則按照臨床護理路徑進行護理，觀察兩組患者的護理療效，結果表明臨床護理路徑能夠有效減少患者的住院時間、住院費用、緩解患者的疼痛持續時間，提高了患者對護理的滿意度，現報道如下。……
