護生實行患者責任包干制在臨床護理教學中的探討

[摘要] 目的 探討培養實習護生優質護理服務意識和提高護理工作能力的方法及效果。 方法 對護生進行優質護理服務規范化培訓后實行患者責任包干制模式。 結果 提高了護生的規范化護理服務理念、專業理論、操作水平及溝通能力，提高了患者對實習護生護理工作的滿意度（P<0.01）。 結論 對護生實習期間就進行優質護理服務理念和工作模式的規范化培訓，熟悉患者責任護理包干制模式，有利于培養其對優質護理服務的認識，可以使護生初進入臨床就熟悉掌握這種工作模式，對提高護生畢業后的工作能力及溝通水平有極大的幫助，對優質護理服務示范工程的持續開展和形成長效機制有較好的作用。

Investigate the protection of life in patients with the responsibility to supply system in clinical nursing teaching

[Abstract] Objective To explore the method and effect of nursing students training practice high quality nursing service consciousness and improve nursing work ability. Methods Took the patients responsibility supply system model after took high quality nursing service standardization training for nursing students. Results The nursing service concept、Professional theory、professional theory operation level and communication skills of the nursing students were improved， the patients to practice nursing job satisfaction was improved. Conclusion The nursing students during the internship with high quality nursing service concept and working mode of standardized training， familiar with patients responsibility nursing supply system mode， to cultivate the high quality nursing service understanding， can make early nursing students in clinical is familiar with master this work mode， to improve the protection of life after the graduation work ability and communication level was of great help， to high quality nursing service demonstration project of continuous development and form a long-term mechanism has a good effect.

護理實習是學校教育的深化和延續，是促進護理理論和臨床實踐有機結合的重要過程。南昌市第一醫院是一所三級甲等綜合性醫院，每年接受省內外各院校本科、專科等各層次實習護生300余人。2010年國家衛生部在全國開展的“ 優質護理服務示范工程”活動，馬曉偉副部長講話中指出要堅持“責任包干制”[1]。為了使臨床教學和臨床護理工作無縫隙對接，筆者對臨床護理教學及帶教模式進行探討，對實習護生進行優質護理服務規范化培訓，使護生初進入臨床就熟悉掌握這種工作模式，對提高護生畢業后的工作能力及溝通水平有極大的幫助，對優質護理服務示范工程的持續開展和形成長效機制有較好的作用。……
