糖尿病患者社區治療和強化管理療效觀察

[摘要] 目的 探討患者經過社區強化管理和治療后的治療效果。 方法 對120例糖尿病患者分為治療組和對照組，每組60例，對照組患者采用基本藥物治療，治療組在藥物治療基礎上，配合飲食控制，運動療法，宣傳教育及心理疏導，回訪1年，觀察兩組患者的血糖等指標變化。 結果 治療組在治療后的血糖水平明顯低于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05），回訪結果中各項糖尿病的知識掌握率也明顯高于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。 結論 社區糖尿病患者在基礎的藥物治療時積極配合各項強化治療手段，不僅有效控制血糖水平，也對提高患者自身對疾病的認知與防治能力有很大作用。

Observation of patients with diabetes community treatment and strengthen management curative

[Abstract] Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of patients after community strengthen management and treatment. Methods 120 cases with diabetic were divided into treatment group and control group， each group of 60 cases， the patients of treatment group took basic drug therapy， the patients of control group took diet adjustment， exercise therapy， propaganda and education and psychological counseling based on drug therapy. Returned a year， observed the blood and index change of the two groups patients. Results The blood glucose level of treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group （P<0.05），the mastery of knowledge rate of treatment group was higher than control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Community diabetes patients in the basic drug treatment actively cooperate with the strengthening treatment method， not only control the blood sugar level effectively， but also has very big effect to improve the disease prevention and control of cognition and ability of patients.

目前，中國的糖尿病發病率高達9.7%，全國糖尿病患者接近一個億。糖尿病若得不到有效的治療，可引起身體多系統的損害。更為嚴重的是我國約有60.7%的糖尿病患者未被診斷而無法及早進行有效的治療和教育[1]。社區醫療機構對糖尿病患者實施強化綜合管理，不僅就醫方便，價格合理，也一定程度解決了大型綜合性醫院人滿為患，費用較高的問題，本研究通過對120例社區治療糖尿病的患者實行一系列強化管理治療，觀察療效，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

病歷資料為筆者所在社區衛生中心2009年6月～2011年6月參加社區糖尿病治療的患者120例，隨機分為對照組60例，治療組60例。兩組患者均經過診斷確診為糖尿病。……
