冰凍馬鈴薯片外敷治療化療性靜脈炎的療效研究

[摘要] 目的 探討冰凍馬鈴薯片外敷治療化療性靜脈炎的療效。 方法 將300例食管癌術后化療患者隨機分為3組，每組各100例。觀察組采用冰凍馬鈴薯外敷，對照組采用新鮮馬鈴薯外敷和50%硫酸鎂濕敷。 結果 3組Ⅰ°靜脈炎的療效差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。冰凍馬鈴薯在治療Ⅱ°、Ⅲ°靜脈炎的療效上優于其他兩組差異有統計學意義（P<0.05），50%硫酸鎂在治療Ⅲ°靜脈炎是無效的。 結論 采用冰凍馬鈴薯片外敷治療化療性靜脈炎療效顯著優于硫酸鎂外敷和新鮮馬鈴薯外敷的效果。

The study of the effect of chemotherapeutic phlebitis about the topical application on frozen potato chips

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the topical application of frozen potato chips in the treatment efficacy of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis. Methods 300 esophageal cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy were divided into three groups （each group was 100 patients） at random.Observation group adopt the topical application on frozen potato chips，control group adopt the topical application on fresh potato chips and 50% magnesium sulfate. ResultsⅠ° phlebitis efficacy in three groups showed no significant difference （P>0.05）. Frozen potato chips in the treatment of Ⅱ°， Ⅲ° phlebitis of efficacy is superior to the other two groups， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.While 50% magnesium sulfate in the treatment of Ⅲ° phlebitis is invalid. Conclusion The topical application of frozen potato chips in the treatment efficacy of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis significantly better than the effect of magnesium sulfate， and the topical application of fresh potato chips.

靜脈輸注化療藥物是治療惡性腫瘤的主要手段之一，外周淺靜脈是常用的給藥途徑，由于化療藥物刺激性大，細胞毒性強，在殺傷腫瘤細胞的同時也對正常細胞也有損傷作用，尤其對血管內膜損傷更大，易發生滲漏性損傷而引起靜脈炎，加上局部靜脈反復穿刺的機械性損傷且隨著用藥次數的增多，靜脈損傷的程度也隨之加重。劉英玲等[1]報道，化療造成的靜脈炎發生率高達60%～84%，不僅給患者帶來痛苦，也給腫瘤的治療帶來一定的困難，從而影響治療的順利進行。臨床上多采用采用新鮮的馬鈴薯片外敷來防治靜脈炎，但這種方法只發揮了馬鈴薯本身的作用，本研究采用冰凍馬鈴薯外敷療化療性靜脈炎，結合了冰敷的作用在治療靜脈炎方面取得滿意的效果。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

選擇某三級甲等醫院腫瘤科2010年7月～2012年2月食管癌術后化療患者300例，其中男155例，女145例，年齡36～75歲，平均（57.8±11.4）歲。……
