國際比賽背景下短道速滑網絡競賽一體化系統規劃研究

摘 "要：國際滑聯2013版短道速度滑冰競賽規則發布后，國際比賽成績處理系統全面實現了網絡化成績管理。而國內短道成績處理系統仍然停留在單機版狀態，在執行最新規則要求、成績處理及網絡發布等多項功能，據國際滑聯成績處理系統的差距較大。為此，通過對國際成績處理系統進行系統分析，結合我國競賽系統實際情況，設計及規劃基于信息化平臺的短道速滑成績管理系統，使我國短道速滑競賽組織達到能夠承接國際比賽的需求，對提高我國短道速滑裁判員的競賽組織、執裁能力及與國際大賽接軌具有重要意義。

Integration of international competition under the background of short track speed skating competition of network system planning study

Abstract： After the 2013 short track speed skating competition rules being published by ISU， performance processing system of international competition has a full realization of internet performance management. But national performance processing system of short track speed skating is still in single， in the latest rules， performance processing and network， there is a gap to ISU perormance processing system. Therefore， systematically analyzing the international performance processing system， combined with the actual situation of national competition system， planning and designing performance management of short track speed skating system based on information platform， make the organization of short track speed skating competitions in our country to be able to undertake international competitions， which has important significance for improving the competition organization， judging ability of Chinese short track speed skatin and adapt to international competitions.

1 " "問題的提出

自1981年短道速滑比賽被引入我國以來，由于比賽緊張激烈、觀賞性強，深受人們的喜愛。2010年第21屆溫哥華冬奧會，中國體育代表團以5金2銀4銅的成績首次闖進冬奧會金牌榜前8名，首度實現在冰上、雪上、個人、雙人、團體、接力等多個項目奪得獎牌[1]。特別是我國短道速滑代表隊包攬了女子短道速滑項目全部金牌，書寫了冬奧會短道歷史的新篇章[2]。更是將該項目鎖定為我國冬季項目中的優勢項目[3-5]和金牌項目[6]。隨著我國北冰南展計劃的逐步實施，近年來一些國際大賽接連在我國北京、上海等地舉行，通過國際比賽中高端儀器設備的采用，使得比賽的組織更加科學、便捷，智能化程度大幅度提高。與此同時也為我國短道速滑比賽的組織及承辦提出了更高的要求[7]。……
