摘 "要:冰刀結構、冰刀研磨、運動服裝等非運動員主體條件的技術創新不僅豐富了速度滑冰訓練理論的完善,對速度滑冰技術的改進亦起到決定性作用。短道速滑運動員使用槽刃冰刀可以增大運動員彎道滑行時法線方向冰刀與冰面之間的斜面的支撐力,可以讓運動員把身體向圓心方向傾斜的程度加大、產生更大的向心力,以更快的速度滑過彎道。在4軸聯動數控磨床基礎上設計一臺專門加工短道速滑冰刀槽刃的自動磨刀機,技術關鍵是將冰刀刀片與砂輪軸布置在同一水平面上、使用單斜邊砂輪,這樣才可以為短道速滑冰刀磨出槽刃。短道速滑冰刀槽刃數控自動磨刀機還包括工件夾具、電源、數控裝置、輔助裝置等其他功能組件。

Design of An Automatic Sharpener for the Reeded Double-wedge Blade in Short-track Speeding Based on CNC Grinding Machine

Abstract: Skate structure, skates grinding, sportswear and other technical innovations non-athletes not only enriches speed skating training theory, also played a decisive role in improving the technique of speed skating. Short skate blade slots can be increased by using skaters glide slope of the curve and ice skates support force between the normal direction, allowing the skaters to increase the extent of the body tilted to the center, resulting in greater centripetal force at a faster rate over the corners. 4-axis CNC grinding machine designed on the basis of a specially machined reeded blade skates automatic sharpener, technology is the key to make skate blade and grinding wheel axis arrange in the same horizontal plane, a single-bevel wheel, so that it can get reeded wedeg for short track speed skating. CNC automatic blade skates groove sharpener also includes other functional elements including workholder, power supply, CNC equipment, auxiliary devices.

目前,競技體育項目運動成績的突破性發展與現代科學技術的進步,與多學科的互相滲透、交叉和應用密切相關。從速度滑冰項目的競賽成績的發展看,運動員是競賽的主體條件,其自身的競技能力(體能、技能、戰術能力、運動智能、心理能力)的充分展現無不伴隨著競賽規則、比賽條件、競賽器材、裁判技術等客體條件(非運動技術條件)的創新而改變。
速度滑冰的世界紀錄有六次較大幅度提高 [1],可稱其為世界速滑現代史上的六大飛躍,每次飛躍都伴隨著速滑場地、滑冰器材、冰刀研磨技術的創新[2-4],這些非運動員主體條件的技術創新不僅豐富了速度滑冰訓練理論的完善,對速度滑冰技術的改進亦起到決定性作用。……
