北方體育院校武術(shù)與民族傳統(tǒng)體育專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)狀況的跟蹤調(diào)查

摘 "要：畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)狀況以及職業(yè)發(fā)展關(guān)乎專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展方向和趨勢(shì)。為了推進(jìn)武術(shù)與民族傳統(tǒng)體育專(zhuān)業(yè)的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展，采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查問(wèn)卷法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法，調(diào)查了2007～2013屆北方體育院校武術(shù)與民族傳統(tǒng)體育專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)生的一次就業(yè)狀況，以及職業(yè)發(fā)展情況。結(jié)果顯示，該專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)生畢業(yè)即就業(yè)的比例較低;一次就業(yè)地點(diǎn)仍以大中城市為主;進(jìn)入學(xué)校工作的比例最高;并且大多從事非體育專(zhuān)業(yè)工作。其中，35.1%武術(shù)與民族傳統(tǒng)體育專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)生曾經(jīng)發(fā)生過(guò)工作變動(dòng);工作變動(dòng)后，從事與本專(zhuān)業(yè)相關(guān)的工作比例仍然較低;在薪金方面，半數(shù)以上的的畢業(yè)生工資有所提高;而福利待遇、職業(yè)規(guī)劃與工作環(huán)境是武術(shù)與民族傳統(tǒng)體育專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)生調(diào)動(dòng)工作的主要原因。由此可見(jiàn)，武術(shù)與民族傳統(tǒng)體育專(zhuān)業(yè)應(yīng)設(shè)立多元化的培養(yǎng)方向，加強(qiáng)學(xué)科建設(shè)和課程體系改革，為全面提高學(xué)生的綜合素養(yǎng)奠定學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)。

Tracking Survey on the Employment Status of Martial Arts and National Traditional Sports Graduates in Northern Colleges of Physical Education

Abstract： The graduates' employment status and vocational development relate to the development direction and trend of specialized subject. In order to advance the sustainable development of martial arts and national traditional sports specialized subject， with the methods of literature， questionnaire and mathematical statistics， the paper has a survey on the graduates' employment status of Martial Arts and National Traditional Sports in northern colleges of physical education from 2007 to 2013. The results show that the proportion of graduate employment is low， the proportion of employment in school is high， the most are busy with non-sports work. There are 35.1% graduates who have changed jobs with low proportion of being engaged in work related to their specialty， which results in more than half of graduates to get an increased wages. The welfare， occupational planning and working condition is the main causes of their changing jobs. It follows that the specialized subject of martial arts and national traditional sports should be diversified to enhance the subject construction and curriculum reform into better foundation for fully improving the undergraduates' comprehensive quality.

1 " "引言

1997年，國(guó)務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會(huì)和原國(guó)家教委將民族傳統(tǒng)體育學(xué)確定為體育學(xué)下的二級(jí) 學(xué)科。1998年， 民族傳統(tǒng)體育專(zhuān)業(yè)列入教育部新修訂的本科專(zhuān)業(yè)目錄中[1-3]。1999年，開(kāi)始招收民族傳統(tǒng)體育專(zhuān)業(yè)本科生。到2003年，全國(guó)14所體育院校均已獨(dú)立招收該專(zhuān)業(yè)的本科生 [4-6]。2011年，國(guó)家教育部在新一輪本科專(zhuān)業(yè)目錄調(diào)整中，擬將“民族傳統(tǒng)體育專(zhuān)業(yè)”更名為“武術(shù)與民族傳統(tǒng)體育專(zhuān)業(yè)” [7-9]。……
