北方高校體育師資隊伍建設(shè)理論與實踐研究

摘 "要：體育師資隊伍建設(shè)不僅涉及某一個學(xué)校、某一個地區(qū)的體育工作的開展情況，也是高等院校不可或缺的組成部分，是高等教育事業(yè)振興與發(fā)展的重要課題。探討北方院校開展冰雪運動體育師資隊伍存在體育教師冰雪專項薄弱、體育教師在新形勢下獲取理論知識途徑單一、師風(fēng)師德的缺失等問題，并提出重視冰雪課程建設(shè) ，加強安全意識，強化師資隊伍冰雪專項，增加體育教師獲取理論知識的途徑 ，規(guī)范師風(fēng)師德等解決辦法和改善途徑。旨在建設(shè)素質(zhì)優(yōu)良、專業(yè)過硬的師資隊伍，充分發(fā)揮師資隊伍的性能，增強富有北方特色的體育教學(xué)體系。

Research on the Theory and Practice of Physical Teaching Staff Construction in Northern Universities

Abstract： The construction of physical teaching staff not only relates to developing situation of physical work in a school and an area， it is also an indispensable part of higher education， It is an important issue of the promotion and development of higher education career. Discuss that ice and snow special weakness of physical education teachers， the ways of getting knowledge in new situation are too simple， lack of virtue are existing in ice and snow physical teaching staff， and put forward to pay more attention to the construction of ice and snow courses， strengthen the safety consciousness， improve ice and snow special ability of teaching staff， increase the ways of getting knowledge for physical teachers， regulate the virtue and other solutions and methods. In order to construct good quality and special teaching staff， fully take advantage of teaching staff， strengthen physical teaching system of northern characteristics.

1 " "引言

我國北方，尤其是四季分明的東北地區(qū)，冬季寒冷，氣溫較低，而且冰雪期長，在全年中的比重大。這樣的特殊條件下，造就了北方先天的氣候優(yōu)勢與寶貴資源，具有開展各種類型冰雪運動的自然條件。而北方廣大人民群眾冬季休閑娛樂和體育鍛煉，亦是首選冰雪運動項目[1]。北方高校冬季體育教學(xué)以冰雪運動教材為主要教學(xué)內(nèi)容，開展豐富多彩的冰雪運動課程，這一極具特色的獨特體育教學(xué)項目，深受廣大師生的好評，也充分體現(xiàn)了體育教學(xué)因地制宜的教育價值與理念。雖然北方有得天獨厚的地理與氣候優(yōu)勢，但是由于管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)以及教育理念等各方面因素，北方冬季教學(xué)發(fā)展受到一定影響[2]。……
