生命教育取向下北方高校的冬季體育教學

摘 "要：生命教育取向下北方高校的冬季體育教學是實現人的全面發展的最終教育教學總體目標重要陣地。通過對冬季體育教學中對生命意義的理解的分析和研究，認為冬季體育教學促進學生自然生命成長、冬季體育教學提升學生精神生命價值、冬季體育教學完善學生社會生命進程;并提出教學目標需求化、教學設置人性化、教學過程對話化和教學評價多元化的冬季體育教學中生命教育的應然愿景，為遵循學生生命質量發展規律，提升學生生存質量和生命意義提高理論基礎。

Abstract： In life education orientation， winter sports teaching of northern universities is an important position of realizing the human integrated development of the final education goal. By analyzing and studying on the meaning of life in winter sports teaching， think winter sports teaching promotes the natural growing up of life， winter sports teaching improves the life value of students’ spirits， winter sports teaching perfects society life process for students; And put forward that teaching goals’ demand， teaching humanized settings， the dialogue of teaching process and teaching evaluation diversification and ideal vision of life education in winter sports teaching， to follow the developing law of life quality for students， enhance the life quality of students and life meaning to improve theoretical foundation.

北方高校的冬季體育教學由于受地緣性的影響和限制[1]，既受到一些條件的制約，又具有獨特的鍛煉效果。由于冬季氣溫低，氣候惡劣，很多學生不愿到戶外去參加冬季體育鍛煉;天氣寒冷，人體器官會產生較大的惰性，會給冬季體育帶來一定程度上的難度。而作為冬季體育授課教師，不僅要克服這些教學中的實際困難，還應不斷鉆研和探索如何在生命教育取向下更好地完成冬季體育教學入伍，更出色地完成冬季體育教育教學的總體目標。學校體育目的除應與教育目的保持一致外，還應具備它獨有的特性，即通過身體運動，以練“體”促進生命的全面和自由的發展，提升生命的質量，這既是體育的目的，也是生命教育的本意所在[2]。冬季體育教學要遵……
