摘要:實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)是培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才職業(yè)技能和綜合素質(zhì)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。立足于“角色認(rèn)知為起點(diǎn)和勝任在崗工作為目標(biāo)”的生涯規(guī)劃和就業(yè)導(dǎo)向,適配高職院校特色I(xiàn)T專業(yè)崗位群和通用軟件服務(wù)外包行業(yè)就業(yè)目標(biāo),綜合CDIO工程教育方法和企業(yè)在崗培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),探索計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)綜合實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)模式的內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)、過程框架、教學(xué)方法,構(gòu)建出“CDIO項(xiàng)目流過程教學(xué)框架一體化主線,行業(yè)IT應(yīng)用和服務(wù)外包就業(yè)面向兩種實(shí)訓(xùn)課程體系,同步課程實(shí)驗(yàn)、項(xiàng)目接續(xù)演練、企業(yè)崗位實(shí)訓(xùn)”三階段融合的實(shí)訓(xùn)課程設(shè)計(jì)和教學(xué)實(shí)施模式。

Abstract: Teaching is an important part of training applied talents about vocational skills and overall quality. Based on "the role of cognitive competence in the post as a starting point and work for the goal" for career planning and job-oriented, adapting to the employment targets of IT professional job specialty group in vocational colleges and common software services outsourcing industry, and integrating approach CDIO engineering education and business in the post training experience, comprehensive training to explore computer science teaching model content and structure, process frameworks, teaching methods, to build a three-stage training course design and the integration of teaching implementation mode that integrates "CDIO project framework for the integration of the teaching process flow mainline, IT applications and services outsourcing industry employment for two kinds of training curriculum, synchronization course experiment, project follow exercises, corporate job training ".

1 研究問題與背景概述
實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)是促進(jìn)理論與實(shí)踐結(jié)合以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生職業(yè)能力的主要手段,直接關(guān)系到高職專業(yè)教學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)達(dá)成,在高職教育教學(xué)體系中占有極為重要地位。作為培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實(shí)際IT工作技能和知識(shí)運(yùn)用能力的基本途徑,如何有效強(qiáng)化計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)的內(nèi)容建設(shè)和綜合管理以形成適配的實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)模式,已成為高職計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)科教育必須解決的熱點(diǎn)課題。
教學(xué)模式(Teaching Model)是以既定教學(xué)思想和目標(biāo)為基礎(chǔ),用以表達(dá)教學(xué)要素的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、層次內(nèi)容和組合關(guān)聯(lián)的教學(xué)模型,是教學(xué)理論的具體化和教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的系統(tǒng)概括[1]。因此,實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)模式可以定義為:與具體專業(yè)課程適配的實(shí)踐教學(xué)活動(dòng)的方法論和經(jīng)驗(yàn)組合,表現(xiàn)為邏輯清晰和可復(fù)制的結(jié)構(gòu)化教學(xué)架構(gòu)和工作流程;……
