信息技術教師專業發展的影響因素分析及對策探尋

摘要：教師專業發展是現代教育發展的要求和必然趨勢，正確認識信息技術專業發展的影響因素，是積極探索信息技術教師專業發展途徑的前提。通過對高中信息技術教師的調查，總結影響信息技術教師專業發展的影響因素，提出相應的對策。

Abstract： The teacher professional development is the requirements of the development of modern education and the inevitable trend， factors affecting the correct understanding of the development of information technology professional， is the premise to actively explore the approach to the professional development of teachers. Through the investigation of high school information technology teachers， the influence factors of the summary of the impact of information technology teacher professional development， put forward the corresponding countermeasures.

20世紀80年代以來，教師專業發展成為教育界廣泛關注的熱點之一，教師專業化是現代教育發展的要求和必然趨勢。該文主要以甘肅省合作市2所普通高中，1所藏族中學的信息技術教師為調查對象，進行訪談和問卷調查。問卷由兩部分組成，第一部分為個人基本信息，主要了解信息技術教師的年齡、職稱、所學專業、學歷、教齡等信息，第二部分為問卷的主要部分，涉及信息技術教師專業情意、專業知識、專業能力及專業發展需求等方面的內容。通過調查，發現了影響信息技術教師專業發展的一些因素，提出相應的對策，以供信息技術教師同行、學校決策者及上級主管部門借鑒。

1 影響因素分析

綜合調查結果分析，我們認為本地區信息技術教師專業發展的現狀并不樂觀，正確認識信息技術專業發展的影響因素，是積極探索信息技術教師專業發展途徑的前提。以下將從個人因素，學校因素，社會因素三個方面進行分析。

1.1 個人因素

之所以將個人因素放在第一位進行分析，是我們認為，雖然學校和社會環境等外部因素對信息技術教師的發展起到影響作用。……
