電力企業信息化管理關鍵技術的探究

摘 要：智能電網建設方興為艾，信息化發展問題浮出水面，確定未來信息化發展方向，是一個策略性問題。由此可以預見，現有電網必將逐漸過渡成智能電網。而信息網絡作為基礎性設施，如何適應新形勢下電力企業的需要，是一個迫在眉睫的問題。該文分別從管理體制、云計算技術的應用、人才、網絡規劃等方面入手，探討智能電網形勢下信息化的未來發展方向及具體實施，希望藉此推動關于電力企業信息化發展的討論，使信息化技術更好的服務于企業。

【Abstract】It can be foreseen that the existing power grid will gradually transition to a smart grid. The information network as the basis of the facility， and how to adapt to the new situation of power enterprises， is a pressing issue. In this paper， from the aspects of the management system， the application of cloud computing technology， human resources， network planning， discusses the development of information under the direction and the specific implementation of the future smart grid situation， hoping to stimulate discussion on the development of electric power enterprise information so that information technology to better serve the business.

電力企業的信息化工作，一直在穩步發展，但相較互聯網最前沿的技術，總是有那么一段距離。如何吸收先進的管理和技術手段，為企業創造最大價值，是每一個信息化工作者所要考慮的問題。

該文從管理體制、云計算技術的應用、人才、網絡規劃方面入手，詳細探討新形勢下的信息化管理，希望為大家打開一扇窗，讓所有的信息化管理者共同努力，共同推進信息化的發展。

1 管理體制及機構

電網在信息化管理上，目前仍屬于分層、分級管理。即國網、省、市、縣的分級管理體制，國網在網絡管理上，依然無法精確到縣級供電公司，勢必影響整個信息內網的整體安全水平。由于大部分縣公司仍然屬于躉售縣，在人員配備和管理上依然參差不齊，無法滿足未來信息網絡的需要。……
